A couple of weeks ago we welcomed a man who run from this kidnapping situation in Ukraine and finally joined his family in the U.K. I suggested to him to write a book about his past 3 years to work on PTSD. He politely refused. On the grounds that from his street there are no one survived and his troubles are no troubles at all in comparison. And… it’s really sad.

They are all guilty living like nothing is more important than normal like sheep
