Wow! As a retired Certified Arborist of 30 years I am truly shocked (no pun intended). Never taught this in Arborist school or any ongoing training over those 30 years. Amazed at how I was never electrocuted while pruning or removing. I was always way more concerned with overhead/underground utilities as I'm sure this idiot should be.
