I have this video downloaded. The Penumbra phantasm cover is great. A shame the original post was deleted because people didnt like different interpretations of dialogue from other works

yknow the funny part iirc is the hangman in the original play was full of shit. like he completely undersell what he did to put the blame entirely on his victims for allowing it. I think thats very, very interesting as a comparison

I need this Penumbra Phantasm cover 😭 I couldn't find it in their channel so I can only assume they just never finished it.

Sudhir : There's a Shot in Immortal trailer where they show ur face and they pan it your lips.. How do you see the point of Such visuals..❓ #KayaduLohar: I'm definitely not okay with only objectifying.. But if I feel the character is what it demands and convincing enough for me and the story.. Then i think it's ok to a certain point.. But I don't like the idea of only objectifying in the film and gain attention.. It might trend on Instagram.. I'm not comfortable with that idea.. i will never say yes to that.. It's the most difficult conversation to have.. You are the only one person who's fighting for it.. And the others are like, 'No.. this is how it is'.. You must have seen there's a film that got backlash (PEDDI) for the way how the woman was portrayed.. © Sudhir Srinivasan

Did Connor and Hudson bring anything to these characters that was unexpected ? R: They brought so much to these characters.I think the thing that amazed me the most, it was right away, the first day I visited the set. The thing about Shane as a character is like, he's very in his own head, a lot of people were wondering how we're gonna see what Shane is thinking and feeling[..] & I think what Hudson was able to do with his face is unbelievable acting. You know what Shane is thinking and feeling at all times, even when he's not speaking. Even the very first tiny scene I watched him film, which didn't have any dialogue, I was amazed. And I said that to him at the end of the first day. The way that everything's just on your face is amazing. the fact that there couldn't have been more perfect Shane than Hudson. The praises he deserves to hear every day 🙌❤️ #hudsonwilliams

Robert Pattinson making a drink inspired by THE BATMAN. "So this is an Old Fashioned, the granddaddy of drinks, for The Batman, the granddaddy of superheroes and the most relevant and important. [...] Well since I started doing the part, you look into the kind of legacy of it. So many people have seen it, there's characters that look like the Batman in like ancient civilizations. I mean there's something about that face that's a very deep and primal thing. It connects to people, it connects to children, it connects to adults, and then the legacy of the movies as well. [...] It seemed like one of those parts that was, it's like climbing Everest or something. Like you kind of, you don't really feel like it's a possibility but I felt something in my heart but I really, really wanted to do it."

Andrei Tarkovsky's own comments about Mirror (1975) reflects how special this film was for him: "As I began work on Mirror, I found myself reflecting more and more that if you are serious about your work, then a film is not the next item in your career, it is an action which will affect the whole of your life. For I had made up my mind that in this film, for the first time, I would use the means of cinema to talk of all that was most precious to me, and do so directly, without playing any kinds of tricks."

It's actually kind of insane how Dark Darker Yet Darker by SharaX has stayed relevant both inside and outside the Undertale / Deltarune fandom for over 10 years. It was uploaded on February 15, 2016, and you still hear it pop up in memes and other fan content from time to time. Very few fan songs have had that kind of staying power. The only other examples I can think of is The Living Tombstone FNAF songs. It pretty much synonymous with Gaster, and even people who aren't into Undertale anymore still recognize it when it shows up.

Today’s Verse: 2 Timothy 4:6–8 (NKJV) “For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.” Paul knew his time was short, but his confidence in Christ was unshaken. He could look back and say he had fought faithfully, finished well, and kept the faith. His eyes were not on what he was leaving behind but on the crown of righteousness that awaited him in the presence of Jesus. This same promise is yours. One day, your race will end, but if you are in Christ, it will end in victory. The crown is not only for Paul but for all who love His appearing—for you, if you keep your eyes on Him and endure in faith. So today, live with eternity in view. Fight the good fight, run with endurance, and keep the faith. Let every step point toward the day when you will see Jesus face to face and receive the crown that He has prepared for you.

A scene that shook the nation — and me. #Ranveer’s 26/11 portrayal is haunting. Just his eyes carrying the weight of history. This is an actor at his absolute finest. If I have to pick a scene from #Dhurandhar amongst a deluge of great ones, it's THIS one. His expressions only seep into you more the more you see it. Brilliance has a name: #RanveerSingh, the pride of #IndianCinema. Ranveer Singh Aditya Dhar

“The type of hate that you have for MAGA, the type of hate that you have for Trump, it's not from God. God does not instill hate. God does not put hate in your heart. That type of hate only comes from Satan.” This is absolutely correct. I’ve never seen a hate like the hate I see towards President Trump and his supporters. This is spiritual.

I specifically made Seamus do a cartwheel as he lands so that the player can see his face. Most of the time we only see his back so I thought this would help the player connect to him more 🎃 I think little choices like these can go a long way

I think we've been looking at ADHD the wrong way. Most people describe it as an attention deficit. But what if it's actually the opposite?? Think about having dozens of tabs open in your brain at the same time. Before you can finish one thought, three more pop up. It's not that you can't pay attention. It's that your attention is constantly being pulled in every direction. Whether you agree with this perspective or not, I think it's an important conversation because it shifts the focus from just managing symptoms to asking why the brain is functioning this way in the first place.

The great Joe Mayo has been showing everyone that elite short gamers are twisting the face closed during short game shots, especially out of the bunkers While we have seen clear evidence that this is in fact happening, there's one thing I want you to all be aware of & I haven't seen it been shown yet Closing the face does NOT mean pointing the face left (for a right handed golfer) When you start with the face open, it is perfectly ok to close the face in the downswing, however, there's a right & a wrong way to do this Let me explain 👇

a plli asked bmby about the members looking down at him while he was acting 😂 💗 we filmed that scene many times because i kept laughing... 💗 the thing is, i had to gradually smile (for the scene) but it wasn't easy since the members were looking at me while i was lying down 💗 it's quiet difficult 💗 but it was filmed really well 💗 but why did all four of them have to look at me? only my face was in the shot, so why were they looking at me? it's enough to just film me though... 💗 my face turned a little red too 💗 the members were looking at me and it obviously wasn't going to show on camera, but they were still acting while looking at my face. so i realized once again that they're such professionals... there are such amazing people with me... who's gonna tell him that yhe members are just really down bad for him 🙂‍↕️

Best Historical Argument for the Resurrection: Look at this excellent historical sleuthing from Wes Huff... "One of the best pieces of evidence that I think speaks to the tangibleness of the resurrection is that you and I, Michaela, are talking about it 2,000 years later" "You talk to secular scholars and they will grant okay the disciples had some sort of experience" "There's the adage that uh uh liars make poor martyrs in that you will die for something you you believe to be true, but something you know to be a lie, it's a lot harder to actually go to your grave to" "I think the breadth of the historical case for the credibility of the gospels is comprehensive enough that it gives us a base work to say that the disciples were not lying, that they believed what they were doing to be true and that the account for that all of the kind of alternatives to Jesus's resurrection I think ultimately fall short" "If you evaluate what Jesus's claims actually are about himself, he's either lying through his teeth, he's either a lunatic or he's the Lord of the universe who actually validated the claims that he made about who he is by rising from the dead. And so, I think, you know, I think the evidence is on the side"

I just watched the Netflix manosphere doc. If you focus only on its themes and subjects, it's pretty boring overall, but if you look at its format, it becomes quite interesting. It might be the most unintentional work of art ever made (and I don't mean it as a compliment toward the producers). This scene alone is one of the most surreal I've ever seen (so much to unpack that it would take me years). For context: the scene takes place towards the end, when the host returns to Marbella for one last follow-up interview with one of the influencers. At this point, the influencer has received plenty of negative feedback from his own followers about the host, having live-streamed the making of the doc several times, so he's well-aware of his and his producers' intentions (i.e., to essentially do a hit piece), so he tries to set them up by asking his own "cameraman" to live-stream the whole encounter. This time, however, not just for the sake of live-streaming, but to expose them as biased, corrupt, etc. IOW, to engineer a "hit piece" on them (whether his attempt backfires is irrelevant). On top of that, by the time the encounter takes place, the host has been live-streamed multiple times by almost all the subjects he had been profiling (over the course of weeks or months, not sure), which in turn has generated not only lots of discussion on socials (I've never heard of any of the influencers before this so I missed it), but also news articles about the making of the doc, the subjects profiled, the host, their views, and so forth, not to mention content about the news articles and the streams by other influencers... *before the doc has even wrapped up filming*. So it's already kind of unique. Now, though, that the documentary has come out, here are some Qs: Who's producing it? The host or the influencers? Their followers? The media? The other influencers? A combination of all of these? Who is the subject? Is the host making a documentary about himself by making a documentary about the influencers, or one about the influencers by making one about himself? Both? The whole thing is like a production within a series of streams within multiple reality shows within news stories within a debate within multiple platforms within (more layers I'm probably not even thinking of), which can also work in reverse, depending on how you look at it and/or how you've come across it. It's an unintentional work of art insofar as it perfectly captures the absurdity of today's "cultural" production—the way we consume it, contribute to it, engineer it, let it affect us (or the other way around). It also reveals in part why many of us online are prone to describe culture as "stuck". I think the reason we can't seem to ever get to the bottom of why is that we are not really describing "culture" when we say that. We are describing ourselves. Those comments that appear in the chat within the stream within the documentary? That's "us".

"The charms or things you can learn from member next to you" (HYUNJIN TO SEUNGMIN) 🥺❤️ 🥟its seungmin, probably everyone know about him already but 🐶you have to make anything to talk about 🥟be quiet im trying hard to make something to talk about 🥟everyone already knows but even within our team, he's really someone who almost creates something out of nothing with his hard work and effort and i have seen that so many times, so it really motivates me, and i think he's just truly the coolest guy . Like it's not just about his passion and hard works, but he sticks to his own principles and puts in real efforts , so i think that is just so cool. He's the kind of friend that you would realize how stronger and even more amazing he is the longer you know him 👤but the one that gives out the compliments and the one that receives it.. you two aren't really looking at each other? 🥟my ears are all red 🥟i didn't know that news studio would be such a tough place like this 🥟anyway that's that, he is truly a friend that i love

More of Harry about Aperture “The reason why it's called Aperture is like, you control how much light you let in to your life. And I think the start of this year, I kind of just decided I was going to say yes to everything. And the momentum of that has just brought, like, so many positive things in a lot of different ways into my life. And it's been a really beautiful time in my life. And I think also, just when I would play people the music, it was always the song that I played first. […] I want to say and where I'm at in my life. And I think there's nothing more fulfilling, I think, as a musician than putting out a song that you feel like represents where you're at in your life. I think sometimes, you know, you write a song and by the time it comes out, you've kind of been through a bunch of things, and you're not really kind of aligned with necessarily what is happening in the song. And I think I really felt it when we put As It Was at or I felt like, “oh, I feel like this really represents where I'm at in this moment” and that felt really fulfilling. So I think kind of I wanted to do that again this time. And just I feel great about, like, pressing play and going like, I want to play something. And that's kind of why it ended up being the first song.” - 102.7 KIIS FM

It's not like any of the other boys. HE'S ACTUALLY IN A LEAGUE OF HIS OWN. I DON'T REALLY KNOW ANYONE WHO'S DOING WHAT V'S DOING. It's a very niche, kind of jazz, but it's also R&B. HE'S IN HIS OWN LANE FOR SURE, and I think it's really cool that a lot of artists—IT'S HARD TO FIND SOMEONE WHO'S UNIQUE AND SEPARATES FROM THE PACK. V IS COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE PACK. THERE'S NO ONE WHO'S COME BEFORE HIM, and at least from my knowledge that I'm aware of, IS DOING ANYTHING KIND OF SIMILAR TO HIM. And not to take away from anyone else, that's great, be amazing in your own league, but V's CREATED HIS OWN LEAGUE, WHICH I THINK IS SPECIAL.” V MUSIC CULTURE LEGACY #V #Taehyung TripleTake Reacts 🔗

Brian De Palma is usually known for big, operatic set pieces, but in Scarface he opens on a simple close-up of Al Pacino’s face. He later explained why... "I think the most stunning thing about Al is his face. He's the kind of guy that can hold the screen with his face. When you start a movie, you sort of want to give the lead character a very impressive entrance. And that face, that character, the crazy shirt he's wearing, the scar, the way he moves, the way he talks; you just want to really hit them because you're hitting them with something they've never seen before. A lot of this had been reported on the news, but nobody had ever seen it in a movie before. You see these Cuban gangsters and the way they talked, the way they moved. And he just sort of embodied that in that close-up."

When Gríma Wormtongue sees Saruman's army of 10,000, he is so shocked that a tear falls from one of his eyes. This wasn't in the script. It's something Brad Dourif can do at will, and the filmmakers decided it would work well for the scene. What was your interpretation of his tear?
