Because people like you preached to give up everything “for the Gospel” leaving them with no resources for building Christendom at home, let alone abroad. We have a lot of reclaiming to do here before we claim foreign lands.

This is why we want our church to partner with churches across the world...or missions. PARTNER is the key word. We want to be actively involved in the missions process around the world.

The why again David as I stated under the theology of calvinism which you preach is because God unchangeably decreed/determined it to be exactly as it is including our wants.
