Looking back, the animation is so incredibly off lol

they had to animate these interludes on a whim and they would never get the original animators or teams to do them. cartoon network did the same thing with most of its friday's segments and channel IDs

It was Flash, (early forms of it.) It was done like this because traditional animation would’ve taken too long (they would have had to do this months before summer.)

I don't mind the stiff animation but Patrick looking off-model throughout is very unsettling.
