In-Season, your job is simple, do what is asked of you and do it to the best of your ability. On great teams, great coaches help players become stars in their role, on bad teams, coaches don’t define roles or don’t help players maximize their role. No matter what situation a player is in, lock in on starting in your role, then put in extra work in season and in the off season to expand that role!
