This is the dish that made tuna famous. It’s time we made it better. Tuna noodle casserole has fed generations for a reason. It’s comforting and hits every nostalgic nerve ending we’ve got. But it can be more than that, especially in celebration of Earth Month. I love Wild Planet’s Skipjack Tuna because it actually tastes like something... richer, more savory, a little more honest. It holds up in a baked dish instead of disappearing into it. And it isn’t fishy, it's simply delicious. Four cheeses melting into pasta might sound like a late night refrigerator raid but... Rigatoni quattro formaggi actually comes from centuries of Italian common sense. When meat was scarce, cheese was the luxury that turned simple food into something extraordinary. Somewhere along the way someone realized that combining cheeses instead of choosing just one created something even better. Parmigiano for structure. Fontina for melt. Gorgonzola for funk. Something soft like taleggio to round it out. The result is balance, not excess. These days I just simmer cream, throw in the odd bits of leftover cheese from old cheese boards, blend it with garlic and toss it with rigatoni and a splash of pasta water. Not fashionable food. I’m treating this win as a loss. It was one of my worst performances. I think 3 warnings about hitting to the back of the head is plenty to pull a point but it is what it is. The second one knocked me for a loop unfortunately and I just did not perform at my best. I know I’m better than my performance tonight though as do my coaches and any true fans watching me. I apologize for not showing up my best, but we all have rough nights. I’ve stayed in the wind column and it’s time to get another big one. I would love to fight Jessica entourage in April and I know that’s a bit of a jump in this performance tonight did not look like I deserve that, but I’ve been working my way up steadily and continue to improve every single fight. A bad night does not define me. Thank you all for your love and support. It’s time to get back to more important things in my life like my family and my adoption coming up. With Midjourney, Seedance 2.0, and Suno, you can create music videos that a lot of bands (especially indie ones, but even more mainstream acts) would happily release for their songs. If you ask me, this music video (song included) turned out amazing. My goal was to create a melancholic atmosphere, an impossible love story (or maybe not), like a Cigarettes After Sex song playing in a film by Wong Kar-wai. If this video doesn’t move you, you’ve got no heart. I made the animations in mitte.ai, my go-to platform for creating videos and bringing my Midjourney styles to life. 👉 If you want to try it, you’ll find a link in my bio.
