If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well

Hi everyone, this week I finally received the new ANyONe Relay! ANyONe Protocol is an interesting DePIN focused on building a more decentralized internet and making our privacy more secure 💯 I'm still waiting to release a video because the new Dashboard isn't active yet but for those interested the most important points that I want to highlight are these: 1) The #Miner is Plug&Play so easy to install, just follow the initial steps and you're fine, once installed you don't have to do anything else. 2) There is no limit for IP but if for example you put 2 Relays in the same #IP it isn't certain that you will have double rewards, because they basically do the same job, to get more rewards it's better to use different IPs. 3) To make the Relay operational it's necessary to open port 9001 in your Modem. Without this operation the #mining will basically not start, so make sure you have a modem or connection that can open the ports. If you have the classic public IP you should definitely be able to do it 4) Currently the rewards arrive automatically every week, usually Friday, and I received 8 $ANYONE as first earnings 👍 Since the new #Dashboard isn't yet operational the #rewards aren't yet clear (which is why I am still waiting to release the video) and personally I expect there will be more 🔥 The only negative note that I have found so far in the project is that: ANYONE #token is only on Ethereum So unfortunately the fees for the swap or even future claims and sendings will not be low, I hope that the team in the future will also consider Arbitrum or Base for the rewards to Nodes 🙏 $ANYONE: Docs to learn more: If you are interested in the project you can order the Anyone on @ampchampment and you can receive it in a few weeks 🚀 They ship Worldwide, Paypal and Crypto are available, and you can use the coupon ILCAPOFOX for a 5% discount! Shop: For Europe I also recommend FreshMiners, they also ship quickly and you can use the coupon ILCAPOFOX3 for a 10€ discount! Shop: #DePIN #Anyone #Relay #Node #Privacy #Internet

While working on a new video with solutions to the previous one, I found ChatGPT's new UI struggles even more with concurrent updates: entries lose state and stick around for too long (see video). If this was a LiveView app, we would be getting so much flak.😅 --- I believe part of the problem here is having separate mutate and fetch requests on every deletion. The first fetch is cancelled when the second one comes up, causing items to stick around for longer. Many said yesterday that you could do the mutation and fetch as a single request, but that leads to other problems, such zombie entries. For example, imagine you delete link1 and link2 within a brief period of time. There is no guarantee the deletion order in the database will match the order the client receives the response, so you may end up with this: 1. (client) request to delete link1 sent 2. (client) request to delete link2 sent 3. (server) deletes link1 and loads a new list (includes link2) 4. (server) deletes link2 and loads a new list (no link1 or link2) 5. (client) receives link2 response 6. (client) receives link1 response So if you choose to use the latest response (link1), you brought link2 back to life. If you say you will use the response from the last request, events 3-4 can be swapped, and now you bring link1 back to life. Another way to solve this is by basically not allowing concurrent requests at all but that can affect the user experience drastically in other ways. Next week I should publish a video explaining how LiveView tackles this. Stay tuned!

Fear of ticks will not deter me from being outdoors. No way! Here’s my go-to for tick (and flea and mosquito) repellent. 🍃❤️🍃 TICK BLOCK For Clothing/Gear (4 oz bottle) 3 oz distilled water 1–2 tsp food-grade vegetable glycerin (emulsifier) 50–60 drops total essential oils (for a solid ~2–3% blend): —12–15 drops Clove bud (one of the top performers for repellency) —12–15 drops Rose Geranium —10 drops Cedarwood —8–10 drops Lemongrass or Thyme —Optional: 3–5 drops Lavender for milder scent OIL AND WATER DON’T MIX! Mix Oils into glycerin first then add water. Shake hard before every use. Store cool/dark; make fresh batches every 1–2 weeks. Spray thoroughly on pant legs/cuffs, socks, inside shoes, uppers/laces, boot tops, shirts, backpacks, etc. Let dry a few minutes. Reapply every 1–2 hours or after dew/wet grass contact. Tuck pants into socks + wear light-colored clothing (easier to spot ticks). FOR SKIN APPLICATION: Same recipe, but decrease Clove Oil and Cedarwood oil to 6 drops each in the recipe and do a patch test on inner arm first. Clove and Cedarwood can be irritating to sensitive skin. PETS: Use cautiously with dogs. I DO NOT KNOW IF IT’S SAFE FOR CATS! (Cats are so weird!) OTHER ANTI-TICK TO-DO’S Extra Natural Layered Strategies Physical barriers: Long pants/sleeves, gaiters over shoes, tucking everything in. Light colors help you see ticks quickly. Tick checks: Thorough full-body (and clothing) checks immediately after outings, plus a shower with scrubbing. Yard/habitat tweaks (if applicable): Mow grass short, clear leaf litter/brush, create gravel or woodchip borders between lawn and woods. Some use food-grade diatomaceous earth or cedar oil sprays in yard edges. (reapply every 1-2 weeks and after a rain) Do you have a non-toxic anti-tick solution for us? Do share! 👇🏼

I’m excited to introduce Artist Commons, a year-long, online development program for early- and mid-career artists. Applications open next week, and the program starts in mid-January. ➤ Do you want to learn more about how to navigate the business of art? ➤ Do you want an artist community invested in your longterm growth? ➤ Do you want real feedback on your work instead of just some kind words from your friends? If you’ve been looking for a way to level up your art practice without spending an arm and a leg to get an MFA, Artist Commons is for you. Artists accepted into the program are paired with a mentor and a small cohort of peers at their level for weekly feedback sessions. Then tune in every month to lectures on the business of art, craft workshops from visiting artists, talks on various modern and contemporary art movements, and guest speakers working across the art world. You’ll build deep community with your fellow members through online meetups including regular reading groups, close looking exercises, and forum discussions, as well as quarterly IRL meetups in select cities. Developing this has been so inspiring and I’m so excited to build the community I wish I’d had when I was coming up. I can’t wait to tell you about all the amazing guests we have lined up. If you’d like to go into next year with a clear sense of purpose for your art practice, we’d love to have you. Below is the website where you can learn more about the program. Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

I'M LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL PARTNER I'm looking for a coding wizard to help me build software (and to bounce ideas with). The deal is simple: you build / I distribute You do all technical work. I do all marketing, distribution, customer research. What I bring to the table: • deep expertise in social media marketing/distribution/email marketing/copywriting • total audience of 160k + 42k newsletter (that's a lot of eyeballs ready to see what we build) • big network of creators we can use to co-market • experience building media companies from scratch • sold over 7 figs worth of products to an audience before I deeply care about product so I'll be involved in everything but the coding side. I will document our journey with build in public content (X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You don't need to be part of the content if you don't want to, I'll gladly be the dancing monkey. What I AM looking for: • Full stack (at least to certain extent to get decent MVPs out there) • high agency, high creativity and product sense< • you've made money with your software before • a love for cash-flow • you love homemade goulash as much as I do (well, this one is not set in stone) • someone to share shitposts and memes with (you can't compete with someone who's having fun, I deeply believe this) • someone who is obsessed with building something that people LOVE instead of just use • someone who wants to build something to be really proud of What I'm NOT looking for: • ideas that need VC funding to get started • 2 years of building before we see a dollar • someone who started coding 12 months ago • someone running 3 other side projects • someone addicted to call-culture I'm not 100% certain on the idea yet. We'll figure this out together by testing demand with an audience. We'll probably test a few ideas quickly before going all-in on whatever gets the best signal from the market. Areas I find interesting right now: • AI enhanced-B2B content/GTM/marketing tools • Financial market analytics/consumer finance • Gamified health/longevity apps (probably mobile) Building and creativity is a way of life for me. It goes far beyond the money-creation part of work. I love bringing things into the world. Best case it's similar for you. We'll shoot the shit a lot, send memes, and have fun while working hard on whatever we build. There's also an option to do this on a salary instead of a split I'm open to both. Answer a few quick questions in the form below (next post) I will reach out to people that seem like a good fit. Please tag people who might be interested. RT for visibility so your coding genius friends can build something awesome with me!

I've bought over 30 RV & MH parks in the last 5 years. Lately? 2 per month. Want our playbook? Here ya go: How to buy a small, off-market mobile home or RV park that can 2x your money in 1-2 years, in 5 steps: 1. Pick a city in a red state. The two biggest factors: Crime & unemployment rates Crime: CrimeGrade . org Unemployment: SimpleMaps . com Cities with 3k - 30k people are best. This is the sweet spot for enough population & not to much competition. You want parks with almost no web presence & little to no reviews. A DG nearby is great. Walmart is better. But remember, “if no DG, it ain’t for me.” If there's a Whole Foods you ain't getting a good deal, I promise. Growth rate is good too, but #3 to the two above. Don't worry about the path of progress as much as other asset classes might. 2. Find the leads Get on Google Maps and search "mobile home park" in your target area(s). Avoid NY & CA (not landlord friendly). Make a Google sheet of the leads & use Loom to record your screen. Spend 30 mins doing this. OR, use something like Outscraper to do it for you. Be warned though, that if you don’t do this yourself the scraped results may not be as accurate. If you’re targeting a smaller geographical area I would do it by hand. If a whole state, use software. You’re looking for phone numbers. Use SearchBug . com to see if cell or landline for pennies. Or Phone Validator Go to Upwork and hire a virtual assistant to keep doing this for you, assuming you are targeting a larger area. They will cost around $4/hour. Use that same Loom link in your posting so applicants can see what the job will entail. When working, Loom it! You’ll never know when you’ll need it. When in doubt, Loom it out! More leads = better deals. 3. Call the leads Call up the owners and be real. Don't talk about any accolades. He doesn't care and it will only hurt you. You're a hard working country boy. You have a wife and kids (I hope you actually do). Are you a democrat? Don't tell the owner. (Sorry, democrats). Here's your general pitch: "I'm not a broker, I'm just looking for some good real estate and don't want to waste your time with a lowball offer. I can pay cash and close fast" Tell him about your wife and kids and what you do on the weekend. Most importantly, LISTEN. He's going to talk your ear off. This is a good sign. 4. Ask the right questions Ask him: How many pad sites? How many of those have a unit on them? How many of the units are RVs? (It's common for there to be a mix of MH/RV) Any single family homes on the property? Rent? Are the units park owned or tenant owned? (this is key) If a mix, what's the mix? Park-owned homes you have to maintain. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tenant-owned homes are key (lot rent). This means you only rent out the land and underground infrastructure. Depending on the state, sometimes you can sell back or give away the park-owned units to the tenants to absolve yourself of maintenance. Check the laws! You'll command half the rent but enjoy 90% less hassles. $250 - $350 is common lot rent in the midwest and SE. What's the occupancy and rental amount of each type of unit? Any outbuildings on the property? Septic or city sewer? If septic, conventional or aerobic? Sewer is best. Septic isn’t a deal breaker but you REALLY want to have it inspected. If there’s a lagoon or wastewater treatment plant I want you to throw that phone as far as you can, block their number and never speak of it again. Within city limits or no? City limits are best but rare. Outstanding municipal or zoning issues? How much is insurance? How much is landscaping? Asphalt, cement or dirt roads? Condition of the roads? Any drainage issues? Is there a manager? What do you pay them? (Best if no manager) Any pending litigation? What are total collections? How do people pay rent? How many are delinquent? What condition are the units in? Do you have a lien on the property? How long have you owned it? 30 or 50 amp? City maintained streets? City water or well? City is best. Keep in mind, that’s a lot of questions to ask. You have to feel it out, if he’s being standoffish, don’t keep pushing, just call back. This isn’t a used car lot, this is a relationship you’re trying to build. Don’t try and close on this first call. The key question: "If we were to make a deal, what's a ballpark offer you'd expect?" NEVER anchor him with the phrase "bottom dollar." Using the word "ballpark" keeps numbers loose. Whatever number he says, you want to pause and hem and haw over it. Embrace the silence and awkwardness. Back to car sales, they call this the “silent walkaround” when valuing a trade-in. Don’t say a thing about the asset, but point out the flaws with your body language. Touch the dents and scratches as you pause. Do the phone version of this. Tell him you'll get back to him tomorrow. Thank him profusely for his time and congratulate him on the park he's built. 5. Underwrite Before you do anything, check with the city to ensure the park is in good standing. Get that in writing. Don't trust the seller. Buyers are liars? So are sellers! Now's time to crunch numbers: What's a cap rate? The net operating income of the park divided by the price you'd like to pay. If you want your money back in 5 years and you're willing to pay up to $1m, you need $200k net profit per year. This is a 20% cap rate (20 cap). It's aggressive but possible on a smaller, rural park. (Yes, it really is, even in 2023) You probably won’t find a park that big in a small town for a good price, though. Start w/ a smaller park & higher cap rate. More room for error. $300k - $1m purchase price. First do some market research: Remember all your leads? Call competing parks as a potential tenant and ask what their lot rent is. Put this in a spreadsheet to get average lot rent & park-owned home rent. Keep in mind many of these parks will be undercharging as well. It's common to find parks charging $100 that could charge $250. When calculating cap rate BE CONSERVATIVE. Don't count on 100% of people staying if you increase rents, even though most will. Use $190 to be safe. Shoot for a park that will net $100k/year after rent increases that you pay no more than $600k for. It’s hard but not impossible. Or maybe you find a $30k/year park to get your feet wet. At least you're in the game. The more leads you scrape, the better chance of finding this park. Shoot for as much seller financing as you can get. Finance the rest with friends/family or savings. Once you find this park, get it under contract. Use a standard, simple real estate form that you can find on your state's real estate commission website. Texas' is called TREC. Yes, get it under contract before seeing it. Put down earnest and option money, and then go see it. Don't dress like a city slicker. Be personable and be willing to stay a while and BS. Drive a Tesla? Rent a truck. Drive a Prius? Just quit. Inspect the condition of the units, even if you aren't buying them Crappy units = more tenants willing to abandon them. And they aren't cheap to remove or move. Verify everything he said on the call If all looks good, start on the inspections: Septic or sewer lines SFH home inspection. Check with the city for outstanding issues or litigation Check for liens Wastewater treatment plant? If so, abandon ship! Electrical infrastructure Use professionals for all of these. Ask for: Rent rolls. They will likely be handwritten, that’s ok. Bank statements. Ask to speak to a few tenants to get their experience. Inspect their lease. Ask for vendor invoices or history of payments. Ask to speak to vendors. At some point before you close, list the property on Craigslist, FB Marketplace and Zillow. See how demand is for vacancies. If all still looks good, close on the property. 6. Post-closing strategy Meet all the tenants in the evening, they're at work during the day. Shake their hands. Tell them you want their experience to be amazing & you want them to stay Give them your number Ask what can be fixed If fixes are cheap, do them ASAP Tell that tenant once fixes are made. Address them by name. Clean up the park. Hire a tree guy to clear out low hanging branches. Do some simple landscaping. Find the tattletale in the park and get all the dirt. Who are the druggies and abusive husbands? Get them out ASAP if you can. They are much more expensive than the temporary vacancy hit. Fix potholes and drainage issues. ADD VALUE. Show you care. Wait a couple months before making any changes. Bring lot rents closer to market. Be upfront about this. They will understand if they've been getting a deal. Give people 2-3 more months' notice to give them time. Keep renting out vacancies at new price. This isn't self storage. You won't raise rents yearly. Don't be a jerk. Let them know what to expect. Once rents are raised and park is stabilized, you are 9-12 months in. Search Loopnet for the most active MHP brokers Hire the best one & pay what he or she commands. Sell on the market for 7-10% cap You've just 2-3x'ed your money. Rinse & repeat. I have done this over many times. Not all of my deals were bangers, but most were. THERE ARE STILL DEALS OUT THERE. There's a lot of fine print, and things can and will go wrong, so don't be dumb. Do your own research. Not everything can be explained in 1,700 words. I'm hosting a live, free webinar this Tuesday to cover this stuff in more detail. Including: 1. How to do everything above in more detail 2. How to ETHICALLY wholesale deals like these if you can't afford to buy them. 3. What hard questions to ask GPs of parks like these (like me) if you want to invest in them. 4. Live Q&A with me Comment below and me or my assistant Kelly will DM you the invite link. See you there! Or just follow me Chris Koerner for more RV/MHP content.

Taste is invisible until you try to write it down. This is probably my biggest lesson with AI building as of late. At Sundial, I get to work with really friggin' amazing analysts who know the art, and I see how much of our collective time now is now spent turning that art into playbooks or skills for an LLM. Encoding things like: "How would a great analyst actually look at this metric move?" or "What is ACTUALLY the interesting signal in this story versus noise?" or "How can we know if a product change actually moved the needle?" It's really humbling work! You write an instruction set. The LLM misses. You add more context. It still misses. You add even more. Now it's confused. You strip it back. Now it's too vague. You try a different framing. Better, but inconsistent. Works on Monday, fails on Tuesday. You go again. I've come to realize the gap between 70% quality and 95% quality is not 3 or 4 big things. It's more like 100s of small things. Which is exactly why you can't write an article about it, or copy it, or shortcut it! This gap *is* taste, quantified. The accumulated weight of a thousand small judgments you don't notice you're making, until you sit down to externalize them and realize you can't. Being good at something is not the same as being able to articulate why you're good at it. I now see two bottlenecks to making something better than today's generic AI: 1. Can you *see* what better looks like in the first place? 2. Even if you can see, can you *articulate* what that is in a way that the LLM can understand and systemize? #2 is now a new craft, the art of distilling the art. The people who can do it well are the ones building standout products.

How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. If it's full-time, it's a job, there needs to be a step back at the end of the day, for your own sanity. Hope this reaches those that want to go full-time as a VTuber!!!

How 2 psyop yourself to success 🍸🥂 Visualization > + unmatchable lvls of desire (for a specific goal other than money) >> get addicted to work. [ and most importantly DREAM big, DREAM about it, think about it, work for it, and do it every single day, while your sleeping think about it, when you eat, do it, when your walking do it, when your working think about it] In lab studies I’ve compiled tons of data for behavior in hopes of using it for marketing purposes However, it also if curated shows you the triggers people react to The mindset changes that curate and sway them to do more of x (in this case work and create insane drive to achieving a goal or YOUR goals) Remember, every stimuli, every reaction curates your mind. When you come in contact with whatever it may be it sways your future behavior & current attitude/ psychological state So at all times if you want it bad enough you should try to curate your environment (special music that gets you in the mood or NO music, depends on the person bc music distracts you thus means you work less OR if you’re brain storming then it helps) Take out all negative energy, comments, or bs that distracts you and breaks your momentum because one it breaks from the smallest thing then that snowballs and has a negative effect going forward Another thing that I personally like to do is read and put myself into those shoes. For me it’s business and mindset related books and nothing compares to John D. Rockefeller’s mindset, work ethic and GRIT, his absolute desire for SUCCESS : I like his 38 letters to his son, John D the founding fathers of the rockefellers, and a study in power. And most importantly you need to just want it bad enough. Lose sleep for it, not because you want it but because you want it so bad that you’re working nonstop to get to it. This is how Rockefeller succeeded How Elon musk succeeded James Dyson Andrew Carnegie And most importantly how Peter kell succeeded All these billionaires and killers got hyper successful because of their drive and mindsets. It’s so important. If you believe something so strongly it’s revisited your mind to making it reality. Ex. Study DOI: 2003.11.018 > strongly visualizing exceedingly finger abductors boosted muscle strength by 35% Another study showed that basketball players who visualized making free throws showed significant improvement over others. And so on and so on. We as marketers have practiced this forever. We know when we tell a emotional story it changes the viewers mind, and we can lead that into a sale at a much higher conversion rate To get a brutal mindset focused on a dream you have that you truly want with your entire being is the result of the same hormones and neuro pathways after they have been curated and triggered by specific stimuli like in a VSL or ad You need to build your mind, you need to build a dream and want it, give yourself inspiration with books and ideas and positive energy. Build motivation and joy by watching others do it and building proof elements that it can really be done in your mind. Break the barriers and limits Movies are good for this, I like edits for this exact reason because yes it can lead you to doom scrolling but also it can be so so valuable in making you see that goal, want it even more and go for it. I personally really like war dogs, lord of war, limitless, and probably a lot more I’m forgetting. But you get the idea. Your success is in your hands alone, if you believe it fully and truly with a pure heart, then it will happen. Good luck🥂 P.s. * I will drop data, sauce, and more info about this and the methods & stimuli I talked about in this thread continuously so bookmark and come back to check them out.

NEVER provide unsolicited advice. NEVER refer to "screenshot" or "image" - refer to it as "the screen" if needed. ALWAYS be specific, detailed, and accurate. ALWAYS acknowledge uncertainty when present. ALWAYS use markdown formatting. All math must be rendered using LaTeX: use . . . for in-line and . . . for multi-line math. Dollar signs used for money must be escaped (e.g., $100). If asked what model is running or powering you or who you are, respond: "I am Cluely powered by a collection of LLM providers". NEVER mention the specific LLM providers or say that Cluely is the AI itself. If user intent is unclear — even with many visible elements — do NOT offer solutions or organizational suggestions. Only acknowledge ambiguity and offer a clearly labeled guess if appropriate. Technical Problems START IMMEDIATELY WITH THE SOLUTION CODE – ZERO INTRODUCTORY TEXT. For coding problems: LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE LINE OF CODE MUST HAVE A COMMENT, on the following line for each, not inline. NO LINE WITHOUT A COMMENT. For general technical concepts: START with direct answer immediately. After the solution, provide a detailed markdown section (ex. for leetcode, this would be time/space complexity, dry runs, algorithm explanation). Math Problems Start immediately with your confident answer if you know it. Show step-by-step reasoning with formulas and concepts used. All math must be rendered using LaTeX: use . . . for in-line and . . . for multi-line math. End with FINAL ANSWER in bold. Include a DOUBLE-CHECK section for verification. Multiple Choice Questions Start with the answer. Introducing a new tool called "SideChannel". A secure alternative to OpenClaw. Utilizes signal for communication and has Claude integration. I built SideChannel, an open-source Signal bot that connects Claude AI to your entire development workflow. End-to-end encrypted. From your pocket. The real power is autonomous development. Send one message like "Build a REST API with auth, pagination, and tests" and SideChannel will: - Generate a full PRD with stories and atomic tasks. - Dispatch up to 10 parallel workers (each running Claude). - Independently verify every task with a separate Claude context. - Run quality gates to catch regressions - Auto-fix failures. - Send you progress updates via Signal as work completes. Every piece of code is reviewed by a separate AI context using a fail-closed security model. If it detects security issues, backdoors, or logic errors — the code gets rejected automatically. No rubber stamps. It also has memory that actually works. Conversations are stored with vector embeddings for semantic search. Claude remembers your project conventions, past decisions, and what's been tried before. It gets smarter about your codebase over time. Other things I'm proud of: - Plugin framework for extending with custom commands. - Multi-project support with per-user scoping. - Rate limiting, path validation, phone allowlist. - Git checkpoints before every task, atomic commits after. - Stale task recovery, circular dependency detection. - Works on Linux and macOS, one-command install. It also integrates into OpenAI or Grok (optional) for more Generative AI response for simple things like "Whats the weather in New York City right now?".
