@tariqnasheed @NikkiThaGodB1 I know most people don’t understand the law but approaching someone with intent is identified as assault the actual action is identified as battery tense “assault and battery”. Him walking up on her with what looks like intent could be interpreted as “assault”.

@tariqnasheed @NikkiThaGodB1 No, the video is why she is going to be convicted. Everything she said is basically her admitting that her intention was to shoot him from the start. If she really thought her life was really in danger she would have ran instead of filming him.
