Our politicians and government are spending the money that comes from our work, our risk and our effort. So we should demand more from them. More innovation. More ambition. More bold decisions. As Australians, we should expect to have one of the highest standards of living in the world. Let’s demand this from the people who lead us.

Ontario's schools need more adults. We need more EAs and more educators in our schools to keep students safe and help them learn. Children in Grade 6 were in Kindergarten when the Ford government took office. EQAO scores are on their watch, and this government is failing our kids. That is why Ontario-Liberals are calling on the Ford government to invest $1 billion in new education funding so boards can hire the staff students rely on every day. Students should not have to pay the price for underfunding. It is time to give them the support they deserve.

San about filming ‘BAD’ challenge with Kai: ⛰️ When we filmed (challenge) with Kai hyung? I really meet up with Jongin hyung whenever we have time. Really, whenever we have time, we at least eat together, go to the sauna, watch a movie, do an escape room - whenever we have time, we see each other. Then one day I said to him again, “Hyung, could you do this… this together with me?” And he said, “Of course. What couldn’t I do for you? I can do everything for you.” So he really… really… because it was for his dongsaeng (younger brother), he worked so, so hard. Really, really. So I was really… really grateful. Truly. Really… Our hyung… Really… A true legend who has given me so much inspiration. A legend. Actually, Jongin hyung is a living legend. Ah, why did we pull on the tank top? (laughs) We were just doing things as the shoot went along, so it ended up happening like that. Originally, we had outer jackets. So Ini hyung and I were dancing wearing our jackets, then it was like, “Oh? You’re wearing a tank top.” “Oh? What? Hyung, you’re wearing a tank top?” “Oh? Then let’s take the jackets off and film one more time.” So we filmed it like that, and that take ended up being the one used at the end. (laughs) So, yeah. It was really spontaneous. I want to speak directly to San Francisco’s public-school parents and our students. I know many of you are worried about the possibility of a teacher strike that could temporarily close schools—and I want you to hear this clearly from me: our kids come first. As mayor, even though I don’t oversee our school district, I’m deeply committed to making sure our kids get a world-class education—with safe public schools where kids can learn and educators are well supported. It is crucial that our schools remain open. Every day in the classroom matters. I have been in regular contact with both the school district and the teachers union, and I am urging them to keep talking so kids can keep learning. Our working parents can’t afford to stay home if schools are closed. Our special needs students can’t afford to lose access to vital services that help them succeed. Schools are the foundation that makes daily life possible and helps every family in San Francisco thrive. I am also actively working with city departments to ensure we have options for our students in the event that classrooms do close. But I want to make one thing clear—what is best for our students is for the adults to continue discussions at the table so we can keep kids in the classroom. I will continue pushing for solutions that keep our schools open and our students learning. San Francisco’s families deserve nothing less.

In our $KGN earnings call today, it sounded like it's David Shafer and I presenting but it wasn't. Our voices were AI generated and read the script. We uploaded several hours of our prior talks to train our voice model and the results were pretty incredible. This saved us a few hours preparation - valuable time we could spend working on other areas of the business. This is an example of the many one percenters across our business where AI is making us more efficient and helping the team be more productive. Our marketing team uses it to improve our content and make it more enaging. Our Engineering team uses it to get more context of our entire code base quicker and produce production ready code more rapidly. Our purchasing teams are using it for data and trend analysis to bring the latest products to our customers at even better prices. The list goes on. While the productivity gains are exciting, what's even more exciting is the pace at which things are changing and the technology is getting better!
