She can be fired for what she said and did in this video. As a federal employee it is against your oath and illegal for you to use it threaten to use your status for purposes other than what is in your job description.

at first i was like, damn, she got a Union that gonna protect her, then she started threatening to use her federal position to look up personal information on a citizen, thats a felony, she done and good riddance.
