Aside from the cars, this looks exactly like many neighborhoods today.

Someone should redo the same drive on the same street today.

About 3/4 through, you see the Bekins Storage building on Ventura Blvd. the building is still there, different name I think. Must have been built in 30s. Like 5 stories. Part of the footage may have been traveling East bound on Dickens? Cool footage. I guess in '44 you had $LMT
