About 3/4 through, you see the Bekins Storage building on Ventura Blvd. the building is still there, different name I think. Must have been built in 30s. Like 5 stories. Part of the footage may have been traveling East bound on Dickens? Cool footage. I guess in '44 you had $LMT

In DC Suburbs, we now have 6-8 cars for each home and driveways .... (1 mortgage payer and a large number of non-family adults paying rent to make the mortgage)
