Sooo…For the last week I was quietly losing my mind trying to find a video editor in Vietnam. The product design team at Zero , me and four absurdly talented humans, is shifting from designing the product to figuring out growth marketing. Meta ads, Foreplay, competitor UGC, every rabbit hole the internet has on the topic. And in the middle of all of it, I kept thinking, Damn it! we need a real editor. Where am I going to find one of those in Hoi An, urgently. Turns out four out of four people on the team can already edit. At a level I had no idea about. Akshai Shyju learnt to make movies at NID before he learnt design. Cut, colour, art direction, all of it. Rashi has been doing motion graphics for fifteen years, starting as a kid on real film sets. Vengada Sabaresh 's superpower is figuring out anything beyond 3D, and he just goes and does it. Sanjay Chauhan is, annoyingly, just good at everything. The gap I'd convinced myself existed didn't exist. The team I'd been working with for months had this whole other skill stack I never knew. Then a viral pigeon video showed up on Twitter. And I thought, why do we keep making sad ass performance ads? Why can't we just make fun ones, find things we actually find hilarious, and bend them toward what we want to say about Zero? What's up there is the first attempt. Akshay and Rashi pulled it off in two days. It's funnier than anything I would have written sober. A small thing you should know. Zero is opening for beta soon. My job for the next month is to get a specific number of you onto that list. Which means I'm going to be in your face. Daily. We have a lot more bangers lined up after this one, and this team is, in actual fact, insane. Save yourself the pain. Join the list now. Hats off, Akshay & Rashi. You two are absurd.

Why is it, Hon Minister, that there seems to be an incessant narrative portraying local black individuals as either land barons or land invaders? More often than not, they are simply victims of circumstance. I recall an incident involving Rautenbach , who sought to appropriate land in Kambuzuma-Marimba (Video Clip) despite it having been lawfully allocated to the residents. Remarkably, he lacked title deeds, yet was supported by certain Ministers and government officials. One day, I will reveal the names of Gvt officials involved in the scam. I took it upon myself to lead the resistance alongside the Kambuzuma residents, going so far as to present evidence to the President, who had been misled regarding the situation. At that time, I served as the MP for Norton, but I stood in solidarity with the Marimba residents, despite it not being my constituency. This case serves as a glaring example of how egregious abuses can transpire without the President's knowledge. Fortunately, the President intervened and protected the residents from eviction, allowing them to maintain their homes to this day. However, it is galling that Rautenbach was compensated for land he never truly owned! It is disheartening to witness actual land barons like him evade accountability while residents endure hardships. Recently, he has been exploiting Chewore Lodge, orchestrating a shocking series of events that have resulted in Terry Kelly, a fellow white man, losing a facility he has managed for decades. My experience with Rautenbach dates back several years; I played a pivotal role in establishing his business units at Chisumbanje and Todal Mine, as well as Hwange Mine. To this day, he owes me as a result of our previous agreement. I know his modus operandi. In spite of his dubious activities and questionable character, Rautenbach continues to operate with impunity, bolstered by connections within government. How is it that such a person can persist in appropriating assets and properties at the expense of impoverished locals who have far greater needs for land and housing? Ndovaridzi vevhu ava, why must they suffer? Ndivo vanokuvhoterai sei muchivadai, why do their voices seem to be overlooked? I would not be astonished to find evidence of financial incentives behind this move by the Minister. Before Rautenbach receives any compensation, he should be compelled to present legitimate title deeds. He already possesses another farm in Karoi, yet he continues to pursue further acquisitions. Our citizens and MPs are still in dire need of housing, and yet we find ourselves catering to the criminal whims of a single white individual because of connections to Ministers. Ministers have been getting more and more, while MPs are yet to get even the promised stands. Ministers even received $400 000 housing allowances, and MPs, only $40 000. This is fundamentally unjust. Fairness must prevail in our actions.

On Wednesday 26th November the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence call for global solidarity to end violence against women and girls I was invited to speak at Stormount assembly. This was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. My career may be public but my personal life has always been extremely private. I have been left no choice to finally speak the truth and if it can help one woman or save one women’s life every minute of pain I have endured will be worth it. I will now be pursuing legal action against every person that lied, shared lies and tried to defame me. We have every single screen shot, every message and every persons name. As stated in my recent speech at Stormont, after endless malicious lies spread about me the latest attempt to harass and intimidate me occurred immediately after I was announced as a guest commentator for Brave 100. Daniel Miller contacted me to inform me that coaches from FAI had threatened to withdraw their fighter from the scheduled bout against Muhammad Mokaev if I were present at the event. I have no knowledge of who their fighter was and have never met or communicated with him so what would be the reason? Subsequently, through formal legal correspondence, Patrick McAlister admitted that it was Liam Shannon who issued the threat to Brave CF. One must ask: what kind of individuals resort to operating in the shadows to bully and abuse a woman? Hiding behind anonymous accounts, coordinating in private WhatsApp groups to knowingly spread deliberate and categorical falsehoods, and conspiring together to fabricate the most damaging lies—all in an effort to try and destroy a woman’s reputation and livelihood. Out of jealousy? To redirect someone’s anger to her so someone who was injured doesn’t sue their gym? Because they cannot control her, or perhaps because they cannot control their own former partners? This behaviour represents the lowest form of cowardice. For the past ten years, I have remained silent about the deeply personal abuse I endured, solely to shield my family from further pain and from the shame and embarrassment I felt. In the last two years, I have also suffered profound betrayal and hurt. How much more torment do these individuals intend to inflict on someone who has done nothing to provoke such actions? This is misplaced, relentless hatred. Evil. Those responsible know exactly what they have done. As I have said before, I will never comprehend their actions, because I am nothing like them—and they are nothing like me. There are other men clearly involved and their actions will be exposed in due course. I have always been relentless in defending others but never myself. This ends now. I look forward to admittance with an apology and to seeing you in court. If anyone is suffering from violence or domestic abuse please contact Police North Belfast Women's Aid NI

Tchaikovsky – Rococo Variations: The Secret of a Melodic Curve That Never Disappears In the art of variation, change has never been the greatest challenge. A melody can be clothed in countless new forms. It may become faster, more intricate, more brilliant, or more emotionally expressive. The real challenge lies in a deeper question: How can listeners still recognize the same voice after all those transformations? That is the problem Tchaikovsky solves in Variations on a Rococo Theme. He does not build the work around a monumental theme, nor does he seek to impress through complexity. Instead, he begins with a melody that is elegant, balanced, and clear. Yet beneath its apparent simplicity lies a profound organizing principle: a musical line capable of expanding, transforming, and evolving into many different forms while preserving its original identity. For that reason, Rococo Variations is far more than a virtuoso showpiece for the cello. It is also a demonstration of a fundamental principle of artistic creation: The more firmly an idea is built upon a strong foundation, the more freely it can change without losing itself. A Curve That Does More Than Beautify—It Breathes From the opening theme, the melody is already in motion. It begins by reaching upward, as though the music were taking a deep breath. But instead of remaining suspended in tension, it gently relaxes and returns to balance. Even within the very first phrase, Tchaikovsky refuses to let the melody linger around a single stable pitch. He urges it forward, creating a natural sense of expansion before allowing it to settle through graceful, flowing motion. At first hearing, it seems like a simple song. Yet that very naturalness is the hardest thing to achieve. A melody truly comes alive only when it knows how to gather energy and release it at precisely the right moment. If it only keeps rising, it becomes strained. If it only keeps falling, it loses its momentum. Tchaikovsky shapes the melody according to a rhythm remarkably close to the human act of breathing—inhaling and exhaling. Perhaps that is why listeners instinctively experience its natural flow without needing to analyze it. It is not merely a beautiful curve. It is a curve that breathes. What Keeps Every Variation from Losing Its Identity? This is where Rococo Variations becomes truly remarkable. In a work of variations, change is not the greatest difficulty. The real challenge is ensuring that the original theme remains present after every transformation. Tchaikovsky achieves this not by repeating the original notes verbatim. Instead, he preserves something deeper. He preserves the direction of the melodic motion. He preserves the theme's inner momentum. Just as a planetary system may contain countless different orbits while every planet continues to revolve around the same center, each variation in Rococo Variations follows its own path while remaining guided by the same underlying principle. The rhythm may change. The tempo may change. The technical brilliance may become increasingly dazzling. But that inner gravitational pull never disappears. That is why listeners always feel they are following the same melody, even though it continually appears in different forms. Simplicity Is What Makes Endless Transformation Possible There is an intriguing principle behind the art of variation. The more details a theme contains, the harder it becomes to develop. Conversely, the more distilled a theme is, the more possibilities it leaves open for exploration. Tchaikovsky understood this perfectly. He does not attempt to present every musical idea at the outset. Instead, he creates a melodic outline that is clear enough to support every transformation that follows. A line with balanced proportions. A clear sense of direction. And enough flexibility for each variation to reveal a new facet without obscuring its original shape. For that reason, the variations are not acts of breaking the theme apart. They are acts of revealing possibilities that were already hidden within it. Every transformation brings the melody not farther from its origin, but closer to its true nature. When Technique Illuminates the Shape of the Melody Rococo Variations has long been regarded as one of the cello repertoire's greatest technical challenges. Its rapid passagework demands precision. Its long lyrical phrases require extraordinary bow control to maintain an uninterrupted singing line. Yet if a performer focuses only on conquering the technical demands, the work loses what matters most. In Mstislav Rostropovich's performances, technique is never the destination. It is simply the means through which the work's inner architecture becomes more visible. The rapid runs never cause the listener to lose sight of the melody. Instead, they resemble light illuminating the same curve from different angles. The more the music changes, the more clearly the listener recognizes the essence of the theme. That is the hallmark of a truly great performance. Rococo Is Not Reconstructed—It Is Reawakened Tchaikovsky is often remembered as one of the great Romantic composers. Yet in Rococo Variations, he never allows emotion to overwhelm balance. Instead, he reaches back toward the elegance, clarity, and refinement of the Rococo style. What makes this remarkable is that he does not simply imitate the past. Had he merely recreated the style of the eighteenth century, the work would have become little more than a beautiful historical picture. Instead, he preserves the spirit of Rococo while breathing into it the expressive warmth of the nineteenth century. As a result, elegance never becomes cold. Emotion never destroys structure. The two worlds meet within the same musical motion—disciplined enough to preserve its shape, yet supple enough to carry Tchaikovsky's own unmistakable voice. A Curve That Lives Beyond Every Transformation Perhaps the enduring greatness of Rococo Variations does not lie in the number of its variations or the brilliance of its technical demands. Its lasting power comes from the fact that Tchaikovsky created a theme built upon deeply natural principles. It gathers and releases energy like the rhythm of breathing. It possesses an inner force that allows every transformation to find its way home. And it is sufficiently distilled that each variation strengthens its identity rather than obscuring it. Perhaps that is why, after all the dazzling transformations have passed, what remains in the listener's memory is not technical complexity, but a melodic curve that continues to live on. Every performer may tell that story differently, yet the original direction of the melody never disappears. That may well be the deepest secret of Rococo Variations: Tchaikovsky did not create an unchanging theme. He created a theme capable of surviving change. And when a melodic curve is built upon a firm foundation, every new transformation does not diminish it. It simply allows its original beauty to become even more clearly seen.

Why Wars Emerged — and Why They May Disappear And this is not a utopia. Could we have survived without wars? Theoretically — yes. In practice — almost impossible. The conditions for a world without violence never fully came together on Earth. Humanity was held back by chronic resource scarcity, biologically ingrained aggression, and rigid hierarchies of power. History was not “evil” — it was a history of survival under conditions of pervasive scarcity of almost everything. Wars were not an inevitable law of nature, but became the historical consequence of three fundamental factors. 1. Scarcity. When land, food, and security were insufficient, a neighbor’s victory often meant your demise. Under such conditions, conflict was not a moral choice, but a response to an existential threat. 2. Biology. Evolution entrenched aggression as a protective survival mechanism. What helped individual groups persist in a dangerous environment eventually became a source of destruction between them. 3. Power. Early states turned the struggle for survival into an instrument of politics. Violence was institutionalized and placed in the service of governance, expansion, and control. Thus wars became a persistent element of human history — not because humanity is “doomed” to violence, but because for a long time no other way out simply existed. Yet today, conditions are beginning to change radically. We are entering an era in which the historical causes of war are gradually losing their determining force. Technology is creating an abundance of energy and resources. The global economy makes cooperation more profitable than any plunder. Education reduces vulnerability to manipulation. Biotechnology softens biological impulses. Artificial intelligence increases the transparency of the world, stripping aggression of its anonymity. Space exploration opens up scales against which wars over a patch of land appear increasingly absurd. But the most important change is occurring not outside us, but within. Humanity increasingly values human life as the highest value. A humanistic worldview is taking root, in which destruction is no longer seen as an “acceptable price” for ideas, borders, or power. Empathy is expanding, the notion of equal human dignity is strengthening, and war is ever more often recognized not as valor, but as a tragic failure of civilization — technological, moral, and intellectual. What once seemed an almost inevitable law of nature may, in the future, be seen as a gross error. An error for which there is no justification. War is not destiny. It is a stage that humanity can outgrow. : The author traces the emergence of wars not to some inherent evil in human nature but to three historical forces: scarcity, biology, and power. In a world where resources were chronically insufficient, aggression was a survival response, reinforced by evolutionary instincts and institutionalized by early states for control and expansion. Wars were less a moral failing than a grim necessity under conditions of existential threat. Today those conditions are dissolving. Technology delivers abundance. Global economy makes cooperation more profitable than conquest. Education and biotechnology temper impulsive aggression. Artificial intelligence strips violence of its anonymity. Space exploration renders territorial conflicts absurd. Most profoundly, a humanistic worldview takes root, placing human life above ideology, borders, or dominance. Empathy expands, dignity becomes non-negotiable, and war is increasingly seen as civilization’s tragic failure rather than its valor. What once appeared an inevitable law of nature now looks like a correctable error. Humanity stands at the threshold of outgrowing war, not through utopia but through deliberate alignment of our advancing capabilities with our maturing moral sense. The era of violence as necessity may close, replaced by an era where destruction is recognized as obsolete. War is not destiny. It is a stage we can leave behind.

EPSTEIN, INTELLIGENCE, & THE ELITE. BLACKMAIL IS MORE POWERFUL THAN PROSECUTION. Blackmail is the weapon of choice for intelligence agencies because of its vast and infinite amount of control. Once you have it, it never goes away, and can control an individual for life. A dystopian robotic-like system, compromised and controlled interchangeable politicians and citizens in all aspects of society that make our world go round, pushing legislation and looking the other way when needed, all controlled by fear, aka, blackmail. This is why it must be eradicated from our system, government, and control mechanisms. We will never have a true honest system and move forward in a positive direction because of the "Hidden Hand in control." The main factor in which the Epstein list or certain information will not be exposed is because of it's connections and on going operations with our intelligence agencies and others. What we wanted was a list of the clients of Epstein because everyone knows there were hundreds of them and thousands of victims and videos which implicate very important people. What we want is accountability and consequences for the ones involved and justice for the victims. Why does it always have to be about the elite? This should be about the lives that were destroyed by the elite and intelligence agencies. If you go through the evidence and testimonies of the victims, you can easily find the people involved and associated with Epstein. Just because you think it's over doesn't mean it is. The information and comments made over the last couple months and the new video that was released really doesn't prove anything but loudly exposes a cover up operation. It seems almost intentionally done that way to highlight certain individuals or the matter in general in a way that will still don't fully understand yet. Everything was sloppy and very uncoordinated and points to something bigger happening. After all the time, promises, posts, and information dropped over the years paints a picture of a bigger operation at play. This is not just a simple one layered situation, and I don't see people changing their tone and promises made over years, simply overnight. There are many theories at the current moment, but one, logical, in particular one is that the blackmail is now being used against the deep state. There are still individuals within the administration that are compromised and are not working for, but against the trump administration and might also be apart of why this concluded this way. We will still continue to fight for justice no matter what and over the next few weeks we will learn more and understand the bigger picture because this isn't over yet and their are still thousands of kids that we need to save. There is a reason for everything transpiring, with layers, optics, and timing procuring for that specific reason in order to complete the original objective, which was to destroy the deep state cabal and shatter it into a million pieces, and we're not stopping until we do. I know right now is difficult but there is more to this story, and when the time is right, it will be exposed. We have to stick together and help one another and continue to fight this fight together. Whoever the enemy turns out to be. Stay strong, have faith and Godspeed.

This is a long post, it is from the mother of the autistic nonverbal child , family you know what to do‼️ School name : Field Elementary School 120 Sacred heart lane Louisville Ky, 40206 Abuser Name: Robert Ransdell (ece assistant teacher) Over the past few months, I’ve been receiving calls from my son’s school saying that he’s been “abusive” toward teachers and other students. Anyone who truly knows my child knows that is not who he is. He is a sweet, loving boy. This behavior they were describing did not sit right with me. A few weeks ago, his main teacher was out for about a week and a half due to a grievance. During that time, things became even worse for my son. I started receiving calls every single day, but still nothing that clearly explained why this sudden change was happening. I asked the school multiple times if I could come sit in the classroom to observe, and I never received a proper response or the necessary paperwork to do so. On 5/12/26, I received yet another message about my son’s behavior. At that point, I felt lost. I got on my knees, I prayed, and I cried. Something in my spirit told me I needed to see for myself what was really going on. I ordered a hidden camera with 3-hour shipping it arrived in 2. I truly believe that was confirmation. On 5/13/26, I sent my son to school with the camera hidden in his ponytail. It was not visible at all. Around 12 noon, I received a call from the principal stating that SHE noticed the camera while my son was in the sensory room which usually means he was already upset. She told me it was against board rules and regulations, so I went to pick him up immediately. When I got home, I hooked up the camera right away. The first few clips seemed normal but then everything changed. I heard teachers openly discussing smoking marijuana and eating weed brownies multiple teachers then it got worse! My son’s main teacher left to go to the restroom. My son tried to go with her, almost like he was afraid to be left alone. She told him no, and he went back to his seat. Within 30 seconds, the situation took a devastating turn. The assistant teacher, Mr. R, approached my son aggressively. While parts were not fully visible, the audio and partial footage tell the story. It is not visually clear only shadowy, heavy movement but the voice is strong, aggressive, and undeniable. The look does not need to be justified. As a parent, close your eyes and ask yourself: what do you hear? I hear a fight that my child has no control over and cannot win. His tone was vicious, abusive, filled with racism and hate. I will not repeat everything that was said I will allow the footage to speak for itself but I heard things no child should ever hear, especially not a nonverbal autistic child. Let me be very clear: my son stims. He is nonverbal and autistic. His stimming includes clapping, especially when he is overwhelmed or agitated. In the footage, you can hear his clapping then it stops. What follows are screams from my child while this grown man is physically and verbally abusing him. At one point, you can hear a whisper that sounds like, “nigger, what are you doing,” along with other hateful, degrading language directed at a child who cannot even speak for himself. He is the only Black child in that classroom, and he was clearly not safe. Mr. R needs to be held accountable

“A Wizard Is Never Late” In the scene where Gandalf meets Frodo in the Shire, Frodo teases him for being late. Gandalf replies: “A wizard is never late, Frodo Baggins. Nor is he early.” He then concludes that a wizard always arrives at precisely the time he means to. At first glance, this is simply a humorous remark, perfectly in keeping with Gandalf’s character. But when I place it alongside his other words throughout The Lord of the Rings, I feel that the line opens up a deeper way of looking at the character. Gandalf is not someone who knows the entire future in advance. But he is aware that he is carrying out a mission greater than himself, and that what happens in Middle-earth does not lie entirely within the control of any individual. So the question I want to ask is: when Gandalf says that he is neither late nor early, but arrives at the right time, what does “the right time” actually mean to him? Other forces are at work One of the lines that draws my attention most is what Gandalf says about Bilbo finding the Ring. In the novel, Gandalf says: “Behind that there was something else at work, beyond any design of the Ring-maker. I can put it no plainer than by saying that Bilbo was meant to find the Ring, and not by its maker. In which case you also were meant to have it.” I am especially struck by the phrase: “was meant to.” Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. And if that was so, Frodo was also meant to have it. What is interesting is that Gandalf does not explain the Ring coming into Bilbo’s possession simply as an accident. He senses that something lies behind the event, something beyond the intention of the very maker of the Ring. In the film, this idea is expressed more briefly. Gandalf says: “There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the evil.” There are other forces at work in this world besides evil. In the way I see it, this is one of the most important lines for understanding how Gandalf views the world. Sauron has his own will. The Ring has its own power and purpose. Bilbo, Frodo, Gollum, and the others still have choices of their own. But at the same time, Gandalf recognizes that other forces are at work beyond the control of any individual. He knows that he exists within a greater order than himself. Gandalf knows much, but he does not know everything This becomes even clearer when he speaks about Gollum. Frodo regrets that Bilbo did not kill Gollum when he had the chance. But Gandalf does not agree with this way of seeing things: “Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends... My heart tells me that he has some part to play yet, for good or ill, before the end.” The words that stand out to me most are: “Even the very wise cannot see all ends.” Even the wisest cannot see every outcome. This is important. Gandalf does not know what Gollum will ultimately do. He only senses that Gollum still has some part to play before the story comes to an end. And this is precisely where I see Gandalf as different from a character who “knows everything in advance.” He sees more than Frodo does. But he also knows that what he sees is only part of the whole. He does not give himself the right to determine Gollum’s entire fate, because he understands that there are outcomes even he cannot yet see. This connects directly to Bilbo. Gandalf says: “The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many.” Bilbo could not have known that when he spared Gollum. He simply chose not to kill a creature he felt pity for. Yet that choice later became one link in a story far greater than Bilbo himself. This is the part I find especially beautiful: An individual can still choose freely, yet cannot know the full meaning that their choice will eventually create. Therefore, the existence of a greater order does not necessarily turn the characters into puppets. Bilbo still chooses. Frodo still chooses. Gandalf still chooses. But those choices can become woven into a story greater than the people who make them. Gandalf as a servant When Gandalf faces the Balrog, he says: “I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor.” I am especially struck by one word: “servant.” Gandalf is a being of great power. Yet he does not introduce himself as the ultimate master of that power. He calls himself a servant. This fits Gandalf’s place in Tolkien’s world: he was sent to Middle-earth to carry out a mission. His power, therefore, is not an end in itself. He does not possess power simply so that he can do whatever he wants. His power is connected to a mission. This becomes even clearer after his confrontation with the Balrog. In the novel, Gandalf says: “Naked I was sent back — for a brief time, until my task is done.” The important words here are: “sent back.” He was sent back. And he returned: “until my task is done.” Gandalf did not decide for himself to return. He was sent back and continued his task. I do not want to take this line too far by claiming that Gandalf knew the exact details of the entire plan behind his return. What we can say more confidently is that Gandalf himself understands his return as having been sent back so that he may continue and complete his task. This fits the image of Gandalf throughout the story: He has a task, but he does not see the entire outcome. He knows that he is serving something greater, yet he still has to choose how to carry out his part. The circumstances are given, but the choice remains ours This is expressed very clearly when Frodo says: “I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.” Gandalf replies: “So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.” Here, I see two beautiful layers: The circumstances are given. The actions are chosen. Frodo cannot choose the age into which he was born. He cannot choose whether the Ring will appear. But Gandalf does not say that Frodo therefore has no choice. He says that what we can decide is what we will do with the time that is given to us. In The Return of the King, Gandalf also says: “It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set...” We are not meant to master all the tides of the world, but to do what lies within our power during the years in which we have been placed. These two lines complement each other very clearly: We do not control the whole of our circumstances, but we are still responsible for our part in them. In the way I see it, this is where providence and free will meet. Gandalf is not someone who simply sits back and waits for everything to happen according to a script he already knows. He still has to observe, judge, and choose. But neither does he act as an individual completely separate from a greater order. So what can “A wizard is never late” mean? After placing this line beside Gandalf’s other words, I begin to feel that “the right time” may carry a deeper meaning. Gandalf is not someone who knows the entire future. He himself admits: “Even the very wise cannot see all ends.” At the same time, he recognizes that the world does not operate solely according to the wishes of the individuals living within it. Bilbo was “meant to” find the Ring. There are “other forces at work.” Gandalf calls himself a “servant.” And when he returns to Middle-earth, he says that he was “sent back” until his task is complete. These words make me feel that Gandalf understands something very clearly: he can choose how he acts, but he is not the master of the entire story. He has a task. He has his part to play. But he does not know the full outcome to which that part will lead. So when Frodo tells Gandalf that he is late, Gandalf does not need to prove that he knows the future. He simply sees that moment from a different perspective. To Frodo, time is measured by when Gandalf should have arrived. To Gandalf, the important moment may be when he needs to be there to do what he is meant to do. And that is why, for me, the line: “A wizard is never late. Nor is he early.” is no longer merely a joke. It can be understood as a glimpse into the way Gandalf sees his place within a story greater than himself. He does not know the whole future. He does not control the entire course of the world. He simply knows that he is serving something greater, and that he must do his part when the time comes. Perhaps that is why, in the very same moment, Frodo sees a Gandalf who is late. While Gandalf sees himself as arriving precisely on time.

#PSGARS The Finals My two cents… Vitinha is just phenomenal. Modrić 2.0 levels of midfield control. What a footballing metronome 👏🏽👏🏽 Well played PSG. Superior on the day The odds-on favourites won. They needed a penalty to get level and then the Gunners lost on penalties. Speaking of penalties... why wasn't the last one taken by Madueke, an actual fwd, or Zubi? Intriguing choice. Mikel clearly had his reasons, but it did raise an eyebrow. And while we're on penalties, can we please stop with the stutter step dance on the run-up? Just hit it like Rooney did and Gyökeres does. Hard High Top Bins Read: Eze. 🤦‍♂️ The best attack and midfield in the world came up against the best defence in the world. Fine margins I'd promised myself I wouldn't mention officiating, but here we are. Forget the Noni penalty shout. The sheer inconsistency of what was and wasn't deemed a foul all night was baffling Never seen half time called when a side is about take a corner 🤷🏼‍♂️ (There was no delay in taking it) If Timber was fit enough for minutes, was he not fit enough to start at RB for 60’? Curious Mosq tho had a good game till the give n go pen Nonetheless, another step forward. CL semis last season Finals this season Done fairly within the rules The trajectory is obvious. It'll happen sooner rather than later What's most amusing is the army of little twerps crawling out of the woodwork to celebrate an Arsenal defeat while their own clubs have spent the season cosplaying as football teams Get a life Most of them would happily donate a kidney for Arteta as their manager and Gabriel at centre-back Fact Great season All those at the parade tomo, be louder than you would if we’d done the unlikely double Chant Gabi’s name more than you would’ve otherwise He’s defended the house all season like the last man standing at times Terrific footballer n deserves the respect n support Lastly, pls take a look at Marquinhos consoling his national compadre after he missed the final pen. The essence of good sportsmanship Play hard Play fair Good grace in victory n defeat ❤️

I wanted to explain to the broader transgender community what happened that ultimately made me leave the "true trans" HBS social circle. Some people have expressed interest in hearing this story, and I do think it's worth discussing because of the social and group psychology dynamics that were at play. That said, this will be as far as I go in publicly discussing the situation. Where to start? The reality is that this eventually became a situation where it was Brianna Wu, Marzi, Allysa, and Willow versus myself. The events leading up to the actual breaking point are important. After Willow broke up with me, she told me that I was not the ideal version of a transsexual. In particular, she told me that, using the antiquated HBS scale, I wasn't a Transsexual VI, but more like a IV or V. The reasoning largely came down to the fact that I had different opinions from the rest of the group on issues such as stealth. The rest of the group found my views offensive. This opened the door to what I came to understand as legitimacy testing. This isn't unique to trans spaces either. It involved the systematic questioning of virtually every aspect of my life: my transition, my dysphoria, how I grew up, my experiences, and what I value today. To give you an idea of how extreme it became, Marzi seriously asked me whether I had only pursued SRS to satisfy a sexual fetish. This was after learning that I had been capable of having sex prior to transition. Apparently, that fact alone was enough to cast suspicion on my entire transition history. This legitimacy testing continued for roughly two and a half weeks. Every day. For most of the day. It became increasingly distressing and isolating. And remember, at this point, I was emotionally dependent on these people. The day everything finally came to a head started with a discussion about transgender women in sports. Brianna entered the group chat and asked if any of us would be willing to debate Blaire White on the issue. People immediately began sharing their positions. As the only former NCAA athlete in the group, I chimed in and stated that I supported transgender women participating in women's sports and that it was not an issue I was willing to move on. That triggered a cascade of responses. I was repeatedly told that the issue was insignificant, that it only affected a tiny number of people, and that sports were ultimately just a hobby. I pushed back. I tried explaining that NCAA athletes are not hobbyists. Their sport is often their entire life. They spend years training, watching film, practicing, traveling, competing, and structuring their entire identity around performance. I also tried explaining that sports had been the medium through which I survived to adulthood. School was not safe for me. Home was not safe for me. The track was. Track and field was the one place in my life where I felt safe, valued, and understood. My relationship with sports was deeply personal. Yet every time I tried explaining this, I was met with the same response: "It's just a hobby." They genuinely did not seem to understand. Eventually, I decided to show them a video of Yaroslava Mahuchikh breaking the women's high jump world record. I wanted them to see what elite competition actually looks like. I wanted them to understand the pressure, the emotion, the adrenaline, and what it means to dedicate your life to something. High jump was my best event. I explained how, at the end of a meet, all eyes are on you. Entire stadiums can clap rhythmically to help carry you over the bar. The pressure is immense. And honestly? I lived for that feeling. So I showed them the video. They dismissed it entirely. Then Brianna commented that when she was in high school, she was simply focused on fitting in and being one of the girls. Immediately afterward, Marzi told me that being a competitive athlete was "male-coded." That was my wake-up call. In that moment, I suddenly snapped out of everything. I realized what had been happening to me psychologically. I realized this was no longer a discussion. This was an attempt to socially discipline me into conformity. It was another attempt to reshape my views and my identity to fit within the group's expectations. For the first time, they had collided with something I was unwilling to surrender. An immovable force had met an immovable object. Sports were not just a hobby to me. Track and field helped me survive. It shaped my values. It shaped my sense of pride in myself. It shaped who I became as a person. Those experiences and values were not something I was willing to compromise on. The "male-coded" comment affected me more deeply than I can adequately explain. By that point, I had become so emotionally dependent on these people that comments like that carried the implicit message that I did not belong. That I was an outsider. That I was somehow less of a woman. The experience left me feeling suicidal. I drove to my local riverfront park to ground myself and reflect on how I had ended up in that position. The following day, I removed myself from the group entirely and publicly called out what had happened. Willow attempted to reframe my lived experiences in private messages. Brianna attempted to downplay the situation and position herself as a motherly or managerial figure trying to bring everyone back together. I wanted no part of it. The weeks of legitimacy testing, the constant questioning of my transition, the attacks on a core part of my identity, and the repeated implication that I was somehow a man ultimately took a tremendous toll on me. Unfortunately, my therapist and psychiatrist believe it contributed to what has become a trauma response. Today, I struggle at times with tunnel vision, sensory overload, shaking, racing thoughts, a racing heart, and panic attacks. I'm working closely with my care team to recover and return to equilibrium. I share this story because I think it highlights how powerful social and group dynamics can be. No one sat me down and brainwashed me. What happened was far more subtle. When your entire social world becomes concentrated in one place, the pressure to conform can become overwhelming. It can make you doubt your own judgment. It can make you question your own experiences. And if left unchecked, it can leave very real psychological scars. This will be the last time I discuss the inner workings of that group publicly. I will simply note that many neutral observers witnessed these events unfold in real time and have since independently acknowledged that they occurred. Also, please, for the sake of my health, please don't try to liken my experiences to leopards. I'm aware of what it looks like, but that's not helpful to me at this moment. So, I beg you, please reserve that kind of talk. Bonus: The video that I attempted to show them. Please watch it. It gives me tears of joy for the athlete in question. It's something we all live for to experience. And she did it at the highest level.

There is something truly remarkable about the third movement of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 14 in C-sharp minor, Op. 27 No. 2. It is one of the most famous piano movements in the world. Yet if we try to find a simple melody that can be easily hummed, we may notice something fascinating: this movement is not built around a memorable melody in the usual sense. There is no long, gentle singing line. There is no simple theme that immediately settles into the listener’s memory. Instead, Beethoven creates a world of intense motion: notes rushing forward without rest, powerful chords filled with tension, and waves of sound constantly rising and colliding with one another. So what gives this movement such extraordinary vitality after more than two centuries? The answer does not lie in how many notes Beethoven wrote. It lies in the way he transformed the smallest elements into a tremendous source of energy. Beethoven did not write this movement merely for listeners to remember a melody. He wrote it so they could feel a force in motion. From the very first notes of the Presto agitato, Beethoven draws the listener into a world without rest. The broken chords of C-sharp minor (C♯–E–G♯) continuously move across the keyboard. Taken individually, these notes are not extraordinary. But Beethoven was not concerned with the power of each single note. He was concerned with the relationship between them. One note leads naturally to the next. One small movement creates a larger movement. A continuous stream of sound emerges, like a force that cannot be stopped. This is one of Beethoven’s greatest artistic secrets: his ability to take simple materials and transform them into an idea of immense scale. Like a small seed that grows into a great tree, a few basic notes in Beethoven’s hands can become an entire world of emotional depth. When listening to this movement, many people are first captivated by its speed. The endless rushing passages of the piano create the impression of a storm gathering strength. But speed itself is not the true source of power. If it contained only rapid notes, the music might impress us for a moment but would struggle to become a lasting masterpiece. What makes Beethoven different is that he transforms speed into an expression of will. Above, the right hand moves continuously like an unstoppable current of energy. Yet beneath it, the left hand provides strong accents, creating a sense of weight and stability. One side represents movement. The other represents gravity. One force pushes forward. The other prevents the entire structure from collapsing. It is this contrast that creates the feeling of a tremendous power under control. Not a chaotic storm. But a storm with form. One of Beethoven’s deepest principles lies in the way he uses tension. The music constantly creates the feeling that it is searching for a place to return. The harmonies are not completely settled. The changes in harmony leave the listener with a sense of anticipation: what will happen next? When will this stream of energy finally be released? Yet Beethoven does not rush toward the answer. He holds the listener in this state of expectation long enough so that when balance finally appears, it carries greater meaning. This is not only a principle of music. It reflects a profound human experience. We often recognize the value of peace more clearly after passing through turbulence. Calmness has little meaning if we have never experienced tension. Light becomes more visible when it appears after darkness. The most remarkable aspect of this movement is that Beethoven never allows emotion to destroy form. On the surface, the music is intense and forceful, but beneath it lies an extraordinarily disciplined structure. The movement follows the principles of sonata form: an idea is introduced, developed, transformed, and eventually returns in a new state. Small motifs repeatedly appear, but each return carries a different meaning. Repetition does not mean standing still. It becomes the foundation for growth. This is also a principle found throughout nature. A river remains a river, yet the water within it is always moving. A heartbeat repeats itself, yet that repetition is what sustains life. Beethoven works in the same way. He does not create greatness by constantly searching for something new. Instead, he discovers depth by developing his original ideas until they reach their fullest expression. The beauty of the third movement of the Moonlight Sonata is not only found in the music itself. It reflects a broader principle. In nature, the strongest forces are often not forces without order. A storm may have tremendous destructive power, yet it still follows the laws of the atmosphere. A mountain remains standing not because it is untouched by forces, but because its internal structure is strong enough to withstand pressure. A healthy body does not exist because nothing changes, but because millions of small processes work together within a shared order. Beethoven achieves the same thing through sound. He takes thousands of small finger movements, hundreds of relationships between notes, and transforms them into a unified structure with direction and purpose. He does not eliminate conflict. He organizes conflict. He does not weaken power. He creates a form large enough to contain it. What distinguishes great artists in the classical tradition is not only technical mastery. It is their ability to perceive the inner structure of a work. In Murray Perahia’s interpretation, listeners do not experience only the speed and intensity of the movement. They also sense the balance beneath it: the precision of rhythm, the logic of harmonic movement, and the connection between each small part and the entire architectural design. Perahia does not attempt to make Beethoven more dramatic than he already is. Instead, he allows Beethoven’s own structure to reveal its strength. Because a great performer does not stand before a work to overshadow it. They become a means through which the inner beauty of the composition can be revealed more clearly. If we were to search for a single principle that defines the greatness of this movement, perhaps it would be this: A great power, when placed within a great order, becomes beauty. Beethoven does not transform anger, tension, and conflict into something softer. He preserves their full force, but builds a structure strong enough to carry them. Therefore, what listeners experience is not merely fingers racing across the keys. They experience something deeper: a storm that still has a shape, an energy that still possesses order, and a struggle that can become beauty. That is why the third movement of the Moonlight Sonata continues to move people across generations. Because behind those powerful sounds is not only a display of technical brilliance. It is an image of a fundamental principle of life: The greatest strength is not strength without control. It is strength that discovers the perfect form of its own expression.

The Great Equalizer: How I Iterated Through 90+ Strategies to Automate My Financial Freedom ninety strategies sounds like a death wish but it is actually the only way to find your edge in a market designed to liquidate you. most traders are out here gambling with their rent money while the big players are using automated systems to harvest their liquidations. i know this because i spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers for apps thinking i could never code myself. i was getting wrecked by over trading and watching my accounts hit zero while i slept. code became the great equalizer for me because it removed the emotion that was killing my bankroll. i decided to learn to code live so i could iterate to success and now i have fully automated systems trading for me instead of getting liquidated by every wick. i just saw someone lose ten million dollars in a single month because they were trading by hand and got addicted to the screen. you have to understand that if you are not automating you are the exit liquidity for someone who is. the reality of advanced futures trading is not about finding one holy grail bot that prints money forever. it is about research and back testing until you find a strategy that has a statistical advantage. one of the most slept on concepts is variable risk scaling where you actually change your position size based on how volatile the market is. instead of just betting the same amount every time you increase your size when volatility is low and scale back when the market starts moving like crazy. this keeps you in the game during the draw downs that usually wipe people out. most people do the opposite and revenge trade with bigger size when they are losing which is the fastest way to the cemetery. i used to think i needed to be the smartest guy in the room to make this work but i realized i just needed to be the most disciplined with my risk parameters. there is a secret hidden in funding rates and basis trading that most retail traders never even look at. while everyone else is trying to guess if bitcoin is going to the moon or the floor you can actually make consistent money through funding rate arbitrage. you basically buy the asset in the spot market and simultaneously sell it in the futures market when the funding rate is high. you just sit there and collect the interest payments from the gamblers who are over leveraged on the other side. it is basically free money if you can manage the fees and keep your execution precise. i used to ignore these low yield plays because i wanted the big home runs but those home runs usually came with massive strikeouts. now i look for these carry trades as a way to keep the equity curve moving up and to the right while others are sweating over every price change. most traders fail because they use lagging indicators and expect them to predict the future with one hundred percent accuracy. the truth is that even the best trend following strategies like the golden cross or moving average crossovers only have about sixty five percent accuracy. you have to combine these with filters like the average directional index or relative strength index to make sure you are not just buying a fake breakout. a lot of people get chopped up in sideways markets because they do not have a trend strength filter to tell them to stay out of the trade. i learned to use multiple time frames to confirm my breakouts because if the one hour and the four hour charts are not saying the same thing then the trade is probably a trap. you have to be a searcher looking for those golden nuggets of alpha buried in mountains of data. i used to think that machine learning and genetic algorithms were just buzzwords that did not actually work for trading. then i realized that the 1990s tech trap is real and if you are still using basic indicators without any optimization you are decades behind. genetic algorithms are wild because they simulate natural selection to find the best parameters for your strategy through trial and error. you can actually build an environment where your bot learns from its own mistakes and optimizes its decision making process over time. i spent so much time thinking i was not smart enough to do this but once i started iterating live i found that the machines are much better at following rules than i ever was. code is the only way to compete with the high frequency firms that are looking for any tiny mispricing in the order book. slippage and bad execution will eat your profits faster than a bad trade ever could if you are not careful. most people just hit the market buy button and pay the spread and the fees without a second thought. you should be using smart order routing and limit orders to capture the bid ask spread instead of paying it to the market makers. i started using time weighted average price execution to spread my larger orders out over time so i did not move the market against myself. it is these tiny details in execution that separate the professional quants from the people who are just playing around. i had to learn this the hard way after losing a fortune on bad entries and exits that could have been avoided with a few lines of code. the ultimate goal of all of this is to build a compounding machine that grows your capital while you are living your life. you have to automate the reinvestment of your profits so that your position sizes grow as your account grows without you having to manually adjust anything. i like to use automated compounding algorithms that take a portion of my wins and put them back into the systems that are performing the best. this creates a snowball effect where your returns start to accelerate as the base capital increases. it took me years to realize that i did not need to be at the desk for eighteen hours a day to make life changing money. i just needed to build a system that was smarter and more disciplined than my own human brain. cross asset skew and volatility surface arbitrage are where the real quants play when the market gets efficient. you can look for mispricings between highly correlated assets like bitcoin and ethereum and trade the spread between them. when one asset gets overvalued relative to the other you short the leader and long the laggard until they revert back to the mean. this is a much safer way to trade because you are not betting on the direction of the market but rather the relationship between two assets. i spent a lot of money trying to guess the next big move before i realized that trading the relationship between assets was much more consistent. iteration is the only way to find these winks in the market that the average trader is completely blind to. it is a cold world in finance and most people are out here trying to step on your neck to get ahead. i believe that sharing this knowledge is important because code is the only thing that can give a regular person a fighting chance against the institutions. i started from zero and learned everything through failing and losing money until i finally figured out how to automate. now i spend my time building and testing instead of worrying about the next liquidation candle. you have to decide today if you want to keep being the exit liquidity or if you want to start building your own systems. the tools are all there and the data is accessible if you are willing to put in the work and stop negotiating with yourself. successful trading is not about being lucky it is about being prepared and having a system that can handle any market regime. whether the market is in a bull run or a total crash your bots should know exactly what to do based on the rules you have coded into them. i use risk weighted allocation to make sure that my capital is always moving toward the strategies with the highest sharp ratio and the lowest volatility. this keeps the portfolio stable even when the crypto market is going through its typical insane swings. i finally found peace in this game because i know that my automated systems are following the math while everyone else is following their feelings. code is the great equalizer and it is time for you to start using it to protect your future and build your empire there are over ninety strategies you can test and most of them will not work for your specific style but you only need one or two to change your life. i have built a fat list of ideas from research and i spend every day back testing and refining them to stay ahead of the curve. do not let the fear of coding stop you from taking control of your financial destiny because i am living proof that anyone can learn. i would rather spend my time iterating to success than getting liquidated by some random news event that i could not predict. the journey from losing hundreds of thousands to fully automated success was long but it was the best investment i ever made. keep your heart open and lead with love in this game and i promise the universe will start passing you those golden nuggets of alpha you have been searching for

I Built a 37.0 Profit Factor Bot by Cracking Every TradingView Source Code tradingview is a gold mine hiding in plain sight and i just found the master key to unlock every single secret hidden within its community scripts. most traders spend their entire lives staring at candles and hoping for a miracle while the actual alpha is buried in the open source code that nobody bothers to look at. i used to be that guy who sat there getting liquidated at three in the morning because i thought i could outplay the market with my gut feeling and some drawings on a screen. it turns out that the game is completely rigged against you if you are trading manually but there is a specific way to flip the script. i am going to show you how to stop guessing and start knowing exactly what works across every possible market condition before you ever risk a single dollar. i spent years losing money and thousands on developers because i thought i was not smart enough to code the systems myself but i was wrong. the first step to cracking the market is realizing that every indicator on the super charts has a source code section that is completely open to the public. you can literally scroll through the community scripts and pull the exact logic for thousands of different strategies that people claim are the holy grail of trading. but the secret is not just having the code because most of these indicators are actually garbage that will blow your account up in a week. this is where the real loop opens because you need a way to test these ideas across twenty five different data sets in seconds rather than months. i use a custom setup with ai agents specifically a sub agent i call the backtest architect to handle the heavy lifting of turning pine script into python code. the goal is to create a factory where you can feed in a raw indicator and get back a full report on its expectancy and profit factor without lifting a finger. most people find one strategy and marry it for life but a real data dog knows that you have to iterate to success or you will get left behind. i am running eighty one different backtests right now because i know that ninety percent of what i find will be trash but that remaining ten percent is where the wealth is made. the backtest architect knows exactly how to structure the folders and data paths so that we are testing everything from the base indicator to complex versions with filters. you might think that popular tools like fibonacci or order blocks are the way to go because everyone on social media talks about them like they are law. but when i actually ran the numbers through the machine the results were embarrassing and most of those strategies just resulted in negative expectancy. it is a dangerous trap to follow the crowd into a trade just because some guru said a certain level was important when the data shows it is a coin flip at best. the dynamic swing indicator was one of the few that actually held its weight during the recent massive testing sessions we ran. it was pulling in profit factors of over thirty seven with annualized returns that look too good to be true until you see the trade list. we combined it with filters like the adx and the money flow index to see if we could refine the signals and the results were absolutely staggering. when you have a system that can run through forty data sets while you are drinking tea you realize that manual trading is a form of self harm. i realized this after spending hundreds of thousands on apps and devs only to find out that i could just learn to build these bots myself live on the internet. the speed of iteration is the only thing that matters in this game because the faster you can fail the faster you can find the one strategy that actually prints. one of the biggest hurdles i faced was thinking that i needed to be a math genius or a senior engineer to automate my trading systems. the truth is that code is the great equalizer because it allows a regular person to compete with massive hedge funds by using the same logic and speed. i decided to learn everything in public because i wanted people to see the process of losing money with liquidations and then finally finding a path to automation. the reality of the market is that it moves in cycles and what worked yesterday will almost certainly fail tomorrow unless you are constantly testing. that is why i built the agents to automatically look through the results folder and rank the top performers based on a composite score. it takes all the emotion out of the process because i am no longer looking for a reason to enter a trade i am just looking at a csv file that tells me the truth. if you are still drawing lines on a chart and hoping for the best you are basically playing a game of chance against a high speed casino. the transition from a manual trader to a systems builder is the single most important pivot you will ever make in your life. it is not about being right or wrong it is about having a positive expectancy that has been proven across thousands of trades and multiple years of history. i had to fix a few errors in the short selling logic where the agents were getting confused between maximum and minimum values for take profit levels. these tiny bugs are the difference between a winning system and a blown account so you have to be willing to dive into the code and refine the machine. but once the system is tuned and the sub agents are running it becomes a beautiful workflow that functions entirely without your input. we are currently moving through the editors picks and the trending indicators one by one because i want to have a database of every single strategy on the platform. being a data dog means you never stop searching for that edge and you never settle for a strategy that just looks okay on a single chart. you have to demand excellence from your code because the market will not give you a single inch of mercy if you are lazy with your research. the ultimate goal is to have fully automated systems trading for you so you can focus on scaling rather than staring at a screen for ten hours a day. i am already up to over eighty backtests in this single session and i plan on hitting hundreds more by the end of the week. once you realize that you can crack the code of any indicator you see on the internet you will never look at a chart the same way again. this is the power of using agents to bridge the gap between a raw idea and a finished trading bot that actually works in the real world. i am done with getting liquidated and i am done with the stress of over trading because the code handles everything with cold precision. the path to success is paved with data and if you are not willing to automate your process you are just waiting for your next liquidation to happen

Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 11 in A Major, K.331: A Dance Between Light, Shadow and Perfect Balance To appreciate the singular character of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 11 in A major, K.331, it is helpful to imagine the entire work as a court dancer moving gracefully across a vast stage. Yet this is no dance defined solely by elegance and refinement. Within every movement lies a delicate equilibrium: between the stability of Classical convention and moments that quietly defy expectation; between the luminous clarity of the major mode and the fleeting shadows of the minor; between the courtly poise of the opening movements and the vibrant vitality of the finale. The sonata derives its lasting power from the way Mozart constructs a unified musical architecture, in which every movement, every variation, and every subtle gesture is bound together by principles of remarkable structural coherence. A Sonata That Begins Where No One Expects From its opening bars, Mozart leads K.331 along a path quite unlike that of most Classical sonatas. A conventional piano sonata almost invariably opens with a brisk movement in Sonata-Allegro form, comprising three principal sections: Exposition, Development and Recapitulation. By the latter half of the eighteenth century, this had become the defining model of the genre. K.331, however, begins with an Andante grazioso cast as a Theme and Variations. This is not merely a change of tempo or expressive character. It alters the very foundations upon which the work is built. Among Mozart's piano sonatas, K.331 occupies a unique place in that none of its movements employs the traditional Sonata-Allegro form. Rather than allowing the music to unfold through the dramatic opposition of contrasting themes, Mozart adopts an entirely different approach. He presents a single theme and proceeds to explore, with extraordinary imagination, the many expressive possibilities concealed within it. If we continue our image of the sonata as a courtly dance, Mozart does not allow his dancer to stride confidently onto the stage with the energetic gestures characteristic of an Allegro. Instead, the performance begins with a dance of quiet elegance, measured poise and perfect control. From this single dance, Mozart gradually fashions an astonishing variety of shapes, colours and rhythmic characters throughout the journey that follows. This bold decision establishes the artistic world in which the entire sonata unfolds. The Bridge of Eighteen Steps: Mozart Expands the Balance of Classical Form A Classical musical theme generally strives for clear symmetry. Listeners become accustomed to phrases built from balanced units, most commonly an opening eight bars followed by another eight, together forming the familiar sixteen-bar structure that typifies Classical proportion. Yet from the very first phrases of Piano Sonata No. 11 in A major, K.331, Mozart introduces a subtle departure from convention. The theme of the opening movement (Andante grazioso) does not conclude after the expected sixteen bars. Instead, it extends to eighteen. Technically speaking, the first eight bars establish a satisfying sense of completeness. They seem to arrive naturally at a point of repose. Yet Mozart refuses to close the phrase there. He extends it by a further ten bars, allowing the musical line to continue unfolding before finally returning to equilibrium. Those final two bars are far from superfluous. They create an exquisitely subtle sense of suspension, rather like a court dancer who has completed the principal gesture of a dance, yet lingers for one final graceful movement before coming to rest. If we imagine this theme as a bridge, it is not the familiar sixteen-step bridge of Classical convention. It possesses eighteen steps. The opening eight provide stability and familiarity. Those that follow broaden the landscape, allowing the listener to experience a movement that remains graceful yet never entirely predictable. Even more remarkable is the fact that Mozart employs this design not merely once. All six subsequent variations preserve the original eighteen-bar framework. Although tempo, rhythm and ornamentation continually evolve, the underlying architecture remains intact. The union of rigorous structure with endless variety demonstrates Mozart's remarkable ability to expand Classical form without disturbing its essential balance. He does not reject established rules. He simply reveals how flexible they can become. A Journey Between Light and Shadow: The Dancer Moves Between A Major and A Minor If the eighteen-bar structure provides the inner architecture of the first movement, the continual dialogue between A major and A minor shapes the changing landscape through which the dancer moves during the course of the sonata. In Mozart's musical language, major and minor keys are never merely contrasting harmonic colours. They resemble two different qualities of light illuminating the same stage. A major is a world of brightness, balance and elegance, where every movement of the dancer appears clear, poised and effortlessly graceful. A minor, by contrast, softens the light. Its outlines become deeper and more contemplative, allowing the audience to perceive hidden emotional dimensions within the very same figure. What makes K.331 so remarkable is that Mozart never creates two entirely separate worlds. Instead, he allows the dancer to pass continuously from one illumination into another, so that identical movements acquire entirely different emotional meanings. The first movement opens in the radiant world of A major. The Andante grazioso theme resembles the moment when the dancer first appears beneath the clear light of a courtly stage. Every gesture possesses order, elegance and perfect composure. Yet as the subsequent variations venture into the darker colours of A minor, the very same dance acquires an unexpected depth. The dancer remains unchanged. Each movement still grows from the original theme. Only the light has altered, revealing emotional shades that previously remained unseen. This dialogue between brightness and shadow continues into the second movement, the Menuetto. Here Mozart restores the dancer to the familiar elegance of A major, preserving the balance and refinement that characterise the dance. Yet the Trio, moving into D major, opens an entirely new space, as though the stage itself briefly expands into another landscape before the dancer quietly returns to the original centre. By the time we reach the third movement, Rondo alla Turca, the contrast between A minor and A major has become far more dramatic. The dancer no longer possesses the gentle grace of the opening movement. The finale begins in A minor, creating a world of heightened energy, where every step becomes firmer, more decisive and charged with vitality. Its insistent rhythms, powerful bass writing and weighty chords transform the dance into something altogether different—bolder, more vigorous, yet always governed by an underlying architectural order. Only after this remarkable journey does the sonata finally return to A major. This is more than a simple harmonic resolution. It resembles the moment when the dancer, having passed through many contrasting states of movement, returns to the centre of the stage transformed. The performer retains the same essential balance, yet now possesses greater richness, maturity and emotional depth. Mozart never employs A major and A minor as opposing forces locked in conflict. Instead, he allows them to complement one another, just as light and shadow together reveal the true form of a dancer upon the stage. It is this continual process of transformation that makes K.331 far more than a sonata of memorable melodies. It becomes a musical journey in which beauty arises from the perfect balance between seemingly opposing states. When Time Appears to Stand Still: Variation V (Adagio) and the Song Within the Dance After the continual transformations of the earlier variations, Mozart leads the listener into an entirely different world with Variation V (Adagio). The first striking change lies in the metre. Leaving behind the gentle 6/8 of the original theme, Mozart adopts 2/4, immediately creating the impression that musical time has slowed and become more intensely focused. At this moment, the dancer no longer traverses the stage with broad, clearly defined steps. Every gesture becomes smaller, more intimate and more refined, as though the dance has merged imperceptibly with song itself. The right hand unfolds exquisitely ornamented melodic lines whose graceful embellishments resemble a singer delicately shaping every phrase. Meanwhile, the left hand becomes markedly more restrained, providing a spacious harmonic foundation that allows the upper voice to breathe with remarkable freedom. This contrast gives the impression that time itself has slowed. The notes no longer exist simply to propel movement forward. They become expressions of the music's inner life. Most importantly, Mozart never employs ornamentation merely to display the virtuosity of the performer. Instead, he uses it to expand the expressive possibilities of the piano itself, enabling the instrument to approach the warmth, flexibility and emotional subtlety of the human voice. After this moment of profound stillness, Variation VI (Allegro) arrives like a sudden release of restrained energy. The contrast reveals one of Mozart's greatest gifts as a composer. He does not merely create differences between fast and slow. He shapes our perception of musical time itself, allowing us to experience not simply changes of tempo, but changes within the very character of each passing moment. Rondo alla Turca: When the Court Dancer Gives Way to a Dance of Vigorous Stamping After the stillness and refinement of Variation V, Mozart leads the entire sonata into an altogether different world in its concluding movement: Rondo alla Turca (Allegretto). If the opening movement resembles an elegant court dance, characterised by graceful, measured steps and impeccable poise, the finale introduces a far more vigorous mode of movement. The dancer no longer glides effortlessly across the stage with restrained elegance, but embraces a dance of unmistakable rhythm and decisive energy, where every step radiates vitality and purpose. What is particularly remarkable is Mozart's ability to evoke the impression of an entire ensemble through the resources of a single piano. Rather than imitating the sound of an Ottoman military band directly, he transforms its most distinctive qualities into the expressive language of the keyboard. The most significant technical feature lies in his treatment of the left hand. Instead of employing the familiar Alberti bass accompaniment found throughout much Classical repertoire, Mozart constructs powerful gestures in the lower register through octave chords preceded by brief ornamental notes. These sonorities suggest the firm, rhythmic impact of feet striking the ground. Each resonant bass chord serves not merely a harmonic function, but also provides rhythmic propulsion, much as a drum sustains the pulse of an entire dance. Meanwhile, the right hand creates a more agile and animated layer of movement. Its rapid passagework, flowing thirds and brightly contoured melodies resemble the graceful motions of the dancer's arms and upper body—constantly shifting, yet always retaining absolute precision. These two layers of movement complement one another perfectly. The left hand provides weight, stability and momentum. The right hand supplies flexibility, brilliance and lightness. Together they allow the piano to transcend the limitations of a solo instrument, creating the illusion of multiple musical voices inhabiting the same acoustic space. If we continue to imagine the finale as a dance, this is the moment when the court dancer adopts an entirely new physical language. The octave chords in the bass resemble forceful stamps upon the floor. The swift figurations of the right hand suggest agile turns and flowing gestures. Yet beneath all this exuberant energy lies the firm discipline of the Rondo form. The principal theme continually returns, establishing a stable centre amidst the movement's ever-changing colours and textures. Here we encounter one of Mozart's most distinctive artistic qualities. His music may overflow with vitality without ever surrendering its sense of order. It may convey an impression of complete freedom while remaining securely governed by a lucid and perfectly balanced structure. For this reason, Rondo alla Turca is celebrated not merely for its instantly recognisable melody or its infectious brilliance. Its deeper significance lies in Mozart's ability to transform an irresistibly engaging musical idea into a fully integrated architectural design, in which rhythm, colour and form merge into a single, continuous current of movement. Perfect Balance: The Enduring Essence of Piano Sonata No. 11, K.331 Looking back upon the journey of K.331 as a whole, it becomes clear that the work's greatness does not reside in any single moment. Not solely in the theme and variations with their remarkable eighteen-bar design. Not solely in the lyrical stillness of Variation V. Nor solely in the radiant vitality of Rondo alla Turca. The sonata's enduring value lies in Mozart's extraordinary ability to unite elements that might otherwise appear irreconcilable within a single, harmonious whole. A theme that extends beyond established convention while preserving perfect balance. A musical journey that passes from the brightness of A major into the deeper colours of A minor without ever creating a sense of rupture. A moment in which time itself appears to slow, allowing the piano to sing. A finale overflowing with vigour while never abandoning the elegance of Classical form. Mozart does not create beauty by eliminating contrasts. He creates beauty by placing each contrast precisely where it belongs within a perfectly ordered design. This, indeed, is the principle that permeates Piano Sonata No. 11 in A major, K.331. Balance is not a condition of immobility. It is the capacity to allow contrasting forms of movement to coexist within a unified whole. In K.331, Mozart transforms that principle into the very language of music. A court dancer may pass from grace to strength, from light into shadow, from quiet contemplation to exuberant brilliance; yet in every moment, every step remains part of the same dance.

Open Letter to nelson chamisa “If you do something once, it is a decision. If you do it twice, it becomes a habit. But when you do it more than three times, it becomes character.” Dear Nelson, I have known you for 31 years and have always — and still do — consider you a close friend and brother. Back then, there was no MDC opposition party to speak of, no Nehanda Radio, and none of the political prominence that surrounds us today. We were simply ordinary students at Harare Polytechnic trying to find our way in life. Over the years, you have done exceptionally well in rising through the ranks of leadership — from Youth Leader, to Spokesperson, Organising Secretary, ICT Minister during the GNU, Vice President, and eventually President of Zimbabwe’s main opposition movement. Throughout this journey, we developed a clear understanding of professional boundaries and mutual respect. I own and run a media platform that gives space to voices that may either criticise or praise you in equal measure. I have always appreciated the fact that you understood and respected this principle, and never sought to censor our work. In return, I have respected our friendship and never abused our proximity for personal or journalistic advantage. It is therefore deeply disheartening that, 48 hours after a defamatory article was published by Simba Chikanza on ZimEye falsely claiming that I recorded your conversation regarding Advocate Thabani Mpofu (Thabani Mpofu), you have chosen to remain silent and avoid setting the record straight. You are the only person who knows who was on the other side of that phone call. While you have every right to protect the identity of that individual, it is unfair to remain silent while false accusations are being levelled against a long-time friend and colleague. Unfortunately, your silence — as has happened in other matters which I will not get into here — creates a vacuum that people inevitably fill with assumptions and speculation. One cannot entirely blame those who may conclude that your silence suggests some level of complicity in the breeding of these claims. I have engaged you privately and encouraged you to do the right thing because, apart from the interviewer, you are the only other person capable of authenticating the recording and confirming that the person you were speaking to was clearly not me. Yet despite this, you have chosen not to correct the record. That is troubling — not just politically, but personally. Over the years, Simba Chikanza has made defamatory allegations against several people associated with your political space, including Fadzayi Mahere🇿🇼, Pedzisai Ruhanya, Hopewell Chin'ono (Hopewell Chin’ono), Jameson Z. Timba and many others. Allowing such falsehoods to continue unchecked has inevitably led many to question whether these attacks are random, or whether there is active encouragement behind the scenes regarding who should be targeted next. There are currently two separate audio controversies being discussed publicly. The first was the Daily News recording in which you were heard criticising your colleague Jameson Timba. The second recording (attached here for purposes of clarity) — the one now falsely linked to me — was not released by the Daily News. It was allegedly leaked by the very person whose identity you appear resolutely determined to protect. That naturally raises difficult questions about why you are prepared to protect that individual at the expense of long-standing friends and comrades. This situation mirrors closely that of another dear friend of mine, Luke Tamborinyoka Luke Tamborinyoka). He gave you years of dedication and service, often at great personal sacrifice, yet in 2023 you quietly imposed another candidate in Goromonzi West after Luke had emerged victorious in the much-criticised “Bereka Mwana” voting exercise. Luke narrated his painful experience in an open letter to Domboshava residents, circulated in polling-station-based WhatsApp groups in Domboshava, which we later published on the Nehanda Radio website in July 2023. One could conclude you have a perchant for sabotaging your own friends and comrades, even when they would not in any way have sought any benevolence from you. While your friends and comrades are left exposed, you appear comfortable briefing and confiding in a publisher whom many Zimbabweans consider deeply reckless and unstable. The day you eventually fall out with him, you may come to appreciate the importance of choosing and screening confidants carefully. Should he one day find himself before a court of law (given the many people he has defamed) he may be required to substantiate his allegations and there is every chance he will seek to protect himself by pointing in your direction. You have been warned repeatedly by many people about his conduct and disposition, yet it increasingly appears that you may have found utility in that recklessness because it can easily be weaponised politically against both friends and perceived opponents alike. I could easily have used this letter in anger to retaliate or reveal matters shared in confidence, but I have deliberately chosen not to do so because I still believe in conducting myself professionally and responsibly for the greater good. In 31 years, our phone calls must number in the thousands, and not a single one has ever been recorded by me — something you know better than anyone else. If you ultimately choose not to correct the record, so be it. I am more than capable of defending myself publicly and politically. I am not particularly concerned about what Simba Chikanza writes because, quite frankly, very few serious Zimbabweans consider him credible. My greater concern is your apparent unwillingness to tell the truth on a matter that should be straightforward. What irks me the most is that I never expected this from a friend, a comrade, and a Pastor. God is definitely not in this. Lance Guma Managing Editor Nehanda Radio

During my month in Europe, I made it a point to talk to everyone, from financial professionals to priests and ordinary people in cafes. I would sit at a cafe, order a coffee and start random political conversations with strangers. Europeans actually love this. They are curious, open and engaged in political life. You can’t do that in America. Most Americans will avoid the topic, change the subject, know nothing about it, or walk away. What I noticed is this: Europeans are misinformed. Americans are indoctrinated. Europeans are generally more sophisticated and educated, but their problem is a lack of independent media and misplaced trust in mainstream sources. Americans, on the other hand, are deeply indoctrinated. In the U.S. you’re expected to be something - ist, capitalist, socialist, communist, Trump-ist, Democrat, republican etc. Ideology becomes an identity. People identify with it instead of just pursuing it and leaving the room for critical thinking. This comes from a society of lonely, medicated individuals searching for meaning and finding it in the wrong places. As a result, they cling to ideas or leaders even when those leaders directly contradict their values and betray them. Take Trump supporters as a clear example. Who were Trump supporters before he got into the office? Many were originally anti-war, anti-regime change, religious and ‘America First’ people. Yet now they support a man who started wars, raised the military budget, supported regime change, killed people for it and flirted with economic collapse and even made genocidal threats on social media during eastern. Before he even reversed his actions/statements from today, these Trump-ists defended his genocide statements viemently. That is what indoctrination looks like. Facts do not matter at all. On the other side, Biden-aligned Democrats are just as indoctrinated, only in the opposite direction. The U.S. is not a misinformed nation, there is plenty of independent media around, it is a fully indoctrinated and uneducated nation. That’s the real problem. Europe, by contrast, is misinformed but educated, not indoctrinated (leaders maybe, but not the people). Let me give you an example. In Germany, I struck up a conversation with a young couple at a cafe about Russia and Ukraine. They supported Ukraine but understood Russia’s grievances. They said they understand Russian position but Russia should not have invaded. I asked: 'What would you do if you were Putin after repeated failed negotiations and lies from the West? What would you have done to help your people in Donbas?' At first he shrugged. He knew about the Minsk agreements, failed deals and lies. He knew about the coup and Victoria Nuland. Then surprisingly, Max admitted he might have conducted a military operation. Which took me by surprise. So I said: You would have started a conflict? He replayed- No, I would have conducted an operation. I said that is exactly what Russia did. So why are you criticizing them? He insisted Russia started a war. So I challenged him: “Do you really think Putin would attack with only 70- 80k troops? No-one starts a war with these numbers not even the dumbest guy on earth. Hitler invaded Poland with 1.25 million. Putin isn’t stupid to start a war with just 70k and hope for the best. It's idiotic. Max paused. Thought about it checked the numbers and said: Ok, well that still does mean that he will stop, he wants to recreate the soviet union. I asked why he believed Russia wanted to recreate the Soviet Union. Where did he hear that from? His answer? - He heard it in the news! I dared him to find an actual quote from Putin stating this. I told him I had all the time in the world and he was welcome to search wherever he wanted. After 20-25 minutes of research and testing multiple sources including ChatGPT, he discovered no such quote exists, that Putin never said anything like that. It was pure propaganda. He was shocked. “How is this possible? This was everywhere in the news,” he said. After clearing up that piece of misinformation, I asked Max whether he still had an issue with Russia and if so, what specifically bothered him. He said it wasn’t anything personal, but rather Russia’s history with the Soviet Union that troubled him, and he wouldn’t feel comfortable having Russia as a partner. I looked at him and reminded him that we were literally sitting in a country that had been fully Nazi just two generations ago and if that’s the logic we were going to use, then Germany his own country, should be completely isolated and never trusted again. He burst out laughing, realizing his mistake and his own stupidity. By the time we finished our breakfast and coffee, he was already following all the independent YouTube channels I suggested and the X profiles I recommended. This is the difference between being misinformed and being indoctrinated. Misinformed people are flexible, they can think, indoctrinated people are not. Europe suffers from misinformation, which can be corrected. The U.S. on the other hand, suffers from indoctrination, which is much harder perhaps impossible to fix. Every morning in cafes across Greece, Germany and elsewhere, I would sit down and start conversations about politics. Europeans are comfortable with this, they seem to enjoy it. I learned a lot myself, even some interesting details about Hitler that I never knew. Americans, by contrast, often seem unable to escape indoctrination, regardless of the facts. The same pattern appears in American religion. Europe, by comparison is largely atheist now. The only religion left there is a kind of cultural Christianity, people may believe and maybe pray at home, but they rarely go to church. Most churches are empty. Which is not good, the US is way more religious but that faith has problem. In my opinion, most American Christians today, not all, but most are fanatics. They aren’t truly religious they just like the idea of being religious and it turns into a strange, performative fanaticism. It's like a circus of fanatics who had turned the church into a theater or a political tool. Things like dancing, misplaced behavior and sermons that use the Bible to indoctrinate people into one political belief or another, nothing about actually teaching Jesus Christ or his message. Bible verses are twisted to support political ideology and this is what most American Christians seem to follow today. It’s very sad. Priests themselves go viral for completely out-of-control, ridiculous behavior like weird dance etc. These are people who call themselves Christians. There is nothing Christian about that. Faith is supposed to be about quiet selfless good, humility and genuine belief, not a clown show in the church. It’s disgusting! If you want to escape indoctrination, follow Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Glenn Greenwald Megyn Kelly George Galloway Russell Brand Glenn Diesen Clayton Morris Natali Morris

🚨 Do NOT buy Dr Bronner's DEMONIC PRODUCTS This is SERIOUS, throw ALL DR BRONNERS products in the trash! Don't believe me? Go to the store and read this for yourself. This demonic rant is written into every single one of the soap bottles: "The 2nd Coming of God’s Law!” Mohammed’s Arabs, 1948, found Israel Essene Scrolls & Einstein’s “Hillel” probe that as no 6-year-old can grow up free without the ABC, so certain can no 12-year-old survive free without the Moral ABC that mason, tent & sandalmaker Rabbi Hillel taught carpenter Jesus to unite all mankind free in our Eternal Father’s great All-One-God-Faith! For we’re All-One or None: “Listen Children Eternal Father Eternally One!” Absolute cleanliness is Godliness! Teach the Moral ABC that unites all mankind free, instantly 6 billion strong & we’re All-One. “Listen Children Eternal Father Eternally One!” From Jesus’ “Manual of Discipline,” based on Hillel’s Moral ABC , the Army of Principles of One-God-Faith, unites the Human race, as found 1948 by Mohammed’s Arabs in Israel Essene Scrolls! English by Soapmaker Bronner! Under one Eternal Father, I must teach friend & Enemy the full truth Moral ABC to unite all mankind free in One-God-Faith. To get it all done: A Beast can only listen to its friend! A Human Being must teach-love his Enemy or that being is not yet human! A shark can only love its friend. Lacking frontal lobes, it must avoid-fear-smear-hate-slander-dominate-dictate-distort-destroy anything it does not know, understand or disagrees with. That’s a shark. But a Human Being possessing the Kingdom of God’s Law, the Essene Moral ABC of the FREE within his frontal lobes, works hard to teach friend & enemy the Moral ABC, otherwise that being is not yet human. A Human Being is a constructive working scientist who knows, loves, follows, teaches Full Truth, God’s Law, to all of God’s Children, friend & Enemy, otherwise that being is not yet Human! Exceptions? None! The moment any being follows, tolerates or teaches earthen half-gods or half-truisms, that moment he becomes a godless, intolerant Beast, potentially 10 times more dangerous & destructive than any ordinary Shark-Snake-Rat or Panther! If we really want Brotherhood-Progress-Peace, not war, we must not only listen to the neighbor whom we choose, but also to the one God sends! Otherwise we’re still Beasts, not yet Human! Exceptions eternally? Absolutely None! Jesus’ Manual of Discipline, out of the mouth of subway-builder Nikita Khrushchev, April ’56, London, England “WE MUST TEACH LOVE OUR ENEMY OR PERISH! BEASTS TEACH ONLY THEIR FRIENDS!” But after 2,000 years it never got done! The godless beasts still disapproved! Result? These tremendous 13 words never got printed! Because the brilliant 48-year-young Rabbi Joshua Loth Liebman’s book Peace of Mind was distorted after he dropped dead! Diagnosis? “Sudden heart attack!” Exactly as suffered by Rabbi Jesus, Spinoza, Thomas Paine, Samuel Friedman, Steiner-Prag and Rabbi Leo Baeck: 6 & 66 million “sudden heart attacks,” murders caused by us godless intolerant Beasts. Always we’re our Brother’s Teacher of hardworking full truth uniting One-God-State or we decay being his Keeper by unworkable half-true intolerant hate! He who risks his life teaching friend & Enemy the Moral ABC uniting all mankind free wins Eternal Life! He who does less than that perishes by half-truth strife. I am the Son of God and so are you! I am the manifestation of God’s Eternal Law & so are you! I have learned great wonders: you shall learn greater wonders! I have done good work! You shall do better work! I have not come to change God’s Law, but we each came to find-follow-fulfill, print-protect-practice-preach-teach & enjoy it! Therefore, build you 1st the Kingdom of God’s Eternal Law within you, that is, memorize the Essene Moral ABC of the Free, All-One-Faith-in-One-God-State! To never yield to half-true hate! And everything you need shall be added unto you! Search & you shall find! Knock & it shall be opened! Sow & you shall reap! Work hard & you shall create! Speak up - don’t be afraid! Ask & you shall receive! But remember, only those enjoy Eternal Life in our all-embracing Father’s Kingdom that had the courage to teach friend & Enemy the Moral ABC to unite all free! Eternally One, All-One! Exceptions? None! These are the great Peace-winning teachings of the Manual of Discipline by the carpenter, the great Rabbi Jesus! Thanks to Mohammed’s Arab 1948-found Essene Scrolls, thank only God for that! But now came unto Jesus, the Disciple; his own Sisters & Brothers to say, “It is insane what does he say! Let’s put him away!” And answered he to survive free: “Who are my Sisters & my Brothers? Only those that seek with me to teach full truth, the Moral ABC uniting all mankind free in One-God-State! Free of half-true hate! Those are my Sisters & Brothers! Others I know not!” But now his Disciples asked, “Then why, why are we God-loving Children of the great African shepherd Israel persecuted more than any other people! Why? Why? Why?” And answered he: “God bless the persecuted! They alone are His chosen people! For those apes that did not suffer from persecution remained apes! Only those that worked hard to overcome untold centuries of Barbaric ice-aged persecution, reluctantly became Human Beings! Much, much too reluctantly! Exceptions? Absolutely None!” To stay free: Only that full truth we have the courage to teach & give & give, can we enjoy to keep, evolve & live & live! Whatever we try to give at our death bed or take along, it absolute certain soon is gone! Exceptions eternally? None! Let him who is without fault throw the first stone, for only God is always perfect! Judge no man unless you have walked in his shoes! So when your fellow man you measure, take him at his best! With that lever lift him higher, overlook the rest! But remember, unless a man knows the Moral ABC of the Free, none can help him to survive brave-free! Let him who does not want to work with his hands, not eat with his hands either! Put Father’s discipline, put God’s Law back at the head of your family, or you have no family-nation-team! Remember, every organization is the shadow of one constructive man or there is no organization, no construction, no man! Self-disciplined timing is the skeleton of your intellect, the key to freedom, the basis of happiness, the foundation of Brotherhood! Without it, the most brilliant head remains useless-ineffective-small! From every power enchains, each man can only free himself as self-control he gains! Therefore, he who conquers himself, conquers more than he who conquers the largest city! THE MORAL ABC, INTRODUCED BY KIPLING’S “IF” & SOAPMAKER BRONNER If you can keep your head, when all about you are losing theirs & blaming it on you; If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, but make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, or being lied about, don’t deal in lies, or being hated, don’t give way to hating! And yet don’t look too good nor talk too wise: If you can dream—and not make dreams your master; If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim; If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two imposters just the same; If you can bear to hear the full truth that you have spoken, twisted by crooks to make a trap for fools; Or watch the things you have given your life to, broken, and yet stoop to build them up again with worn-out tools; If you can make one heap of all your winnings, and risk it at one turn of pitch or toss; And lose and start again at your beginnings and never breathe a word about your loss! If you can force your heart, your nerve, our sinew, to serve you long after they are gone, and so hold on although there is nothing left within you, except that voice which says to them: “Hold on! Hold on! “ If you can talk to crowds & keep your virtue; or walk with Kings—nor lose that common touch; If neither loving friend nor enemy can hurt you; If all men count with you, but none too much! Then, if you can work hard to teach each unforgiving minute the Moral ABC that unites all mankind free, come hell, hate, ban, you’ll enjoy God’s Spaceship Earth & do great work within it! And which is more you’l help unite the human race in Astronomy’s great All-One-God-Faith! For we’re All-One of None! Sure, they say: “East is East & West is West & never the twain shall meet!” But there is neither East nor West, nor border, breed nor birth once the Moral ABC unites all mankind free on God’s Spaceship Earth! Then, and only then, no matter how rough the trip, how charged with punishment the scroll, you are the captain of thy ship! The master of thy soul! For who else but God gave man this sensors passion, love that can spark mere dust to life?! Beauty, in our Eternal father’s fashion, ecstasy—far above earthly greediness & strife! Poetry, uniting All-One, All-Brave, All-Life! Who else but God can make love last, one trillion years of sweet eternities?! For when conquered after years of hardworking absolute cleanliness, toil, sweat, blood, love can strike like greased lightning sent by God to spark mere dust to intense blazing fire and create new love, faith-hope-guts-strength as only God inspires, create the unity of the human race in Astronomy’s Eternally Tremendous, All-One-God-Faith, as all mankind desires! Bronner’s Lavender Soap quart poem teaches ‘How to love’ uniting all-one above! Above! Who else but God! 1st: If I’m not for me, who am I? Nobody! 2nd: Yet, if I’m only for me, what am I? Nothing! 3rd: If not now, when???!!! Once more, unless constructive I work hard, perfecting first me, absolute nothing can help perfect me! Exceptions none!! 4th: Only hard work-God’s Law can save us, but if we teach only our clan, we’re all hated then! So Hillel taught Jesus, we must teach friend & enemy, the whole Human race, the full-truth, hard-work, free speech, press-&-profitsharing Moral ABC’s All-One-God-Faith, uniting the whole Human Race! For we’re All-One or None! As teach for 6,000 years the astronomers Abraham & Israel, since the year One! “LISTEN CHILDREN ETERNAL FATHER ETERNALLY ONE!!!” Exceptions Eternally? Absolute None!!! To dream that impossible dream! To reach that unreachable star, ’til united All-One we are! To fight that unbeatable foe! To go where the brave dare not go! To right that unrightable wrong! To love pure-chaste from afar! To try when your arms are too weary to reach that unreachable star, ’til united All-One we are! For this is my goal: To reach that unreachable star, no matter how hopeless, no matter how far! To fight for the Right without question or pause, to be willing to march into hell for a heavenly cause. For I know if I follow this glorious quest, that my heart will lay peaceful & calm when I’m laid to my rest. For I know that all will be better for this: that one man, tortured, blinded, covered with scars, still strove with his last ounce of courage, to reach that unreachable star, ’til united All-One we are! God our Eternal Father, know of old, Lord over our far-flung human race, beneath whose Eternal law we hold dominion over land and space—Lord God of nations, unite us yet, by teaching Thy Law, the Essene Moral ABC of the free, lest we forget! For foolish heart that puts its trust in man-made tube & iron sharp, all passing dust that builds on dust and guarding it, calls not You to guard, for frantic boast & foolish word-have mercy on Thy people, Lord! (A man and not a monkey! A man! A man!) Love is like a willful bird! Do you want it? It flies away! Yet, when you least expect its bliss, it turns around and it’s here to stay! For centuries man struggles, half-asleep, half-living, small, jealous, bickering with mountains of red tape, to be awakened, the night God chose giving; His great reward for hard work; Poetry-Unity-Love, evolving man above the ape! Poetry-Unity-Ecstasy-Love, evolving man above, above, above the ape! For any ape can have 5 minutes of sex within; Only man, absolutely clean, reciting poetry, enjoys hours and hours of loving self-discipline! Co-in-ci-dent-ally and yet oh-so-slow, sweet kisses whisper softly into waiting ears, arousing heavenly flames, that enlighten, renew, brilliant fires, blazing through dark lonesome years! For who else but God gave man this sensuous passion, love that can spark mere dust to life?! Passions that quicken your senses, fulfill quench the thirst of lonesome years! Yet, the sun has shadows: learn to control your will, to enjoy lifelong happiness, not tears! Dr. Bronner’s was founded in 1948 by Emanuel Bronner, a third generation German-Jewish soap maker. He used the labels on his ecological soaps to spread his message that we must realize our transcendent unity across religious and ethnic divides or perish: “We are All-One or None!” The business continues to be run by his family. From ’29 to ’44 soapmaker-master-chemist Bronner built 3 American Soap plants, trained 9 chemists, licensed 6 of 53 patents for $60,000! But after losing father-mother-wife, almost his own life, tortured-blinded, he deeded to African astronomer Israel’s 6,000 year great All-One-God-Faith all of his patents, plants, products, profits, 4 new industries: Planetemples & “Town Without Toothache” potassium-soda industry giving mankind a new Mineral-salt, Calcium-malt, Corn-sesame, Mineral-bouillon, & ‘Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps,’ All-One! In ’47, after father-mother-wife murdered, ourself tortured-blinded, we wrote this poem: To keep my health! To do my work! To love, to live! To see to it I gain & grow & give & give! Never to look behind me for an hour! Never to wait in weakness nor brag in power! Always working, searching, for more truth, more light! Always writing, teaching what I found good & right! Robbed-starved-beaten-blinded, wide astray! Back with the full-truth I’ve gained, back to the way: Smile, help teach the whole Human race, the Moral ABC of All-One-God-Faith, Lightning-like strong & we’re All-One! All One!

I Spent $100k On Developers Before Learning This: Build Your AI Bot Today the blueprint to building your first ai trading bot without a degree or a single clue where to start is hidden in plain sight. most people think you need a stanford degree or some crazy math background to build these systems but i spent ten years in tech scared to code for that exact reason. i thought it was only for the geniuses and the nerds while i was just a guy who played video games and wanted his time back the reality is that code is the great equalizer because it doesn't care who you are or where you came from. i lost hundreds of thousands of dollars hiring developers who did shoddy work and i lost even more through liquidations and over trading because i was too emotional to follow my own rules. i knew i had to automate everything if i wanted to survive this game so i decided to learn live on youtube and iterate my way to success everyone is looking for the holy grail indicator that prints money while they sleep but they are looking in the wrong place. the real secret isn't a magical line on a chart but a process i call the rbi system which stands for research backtest and implement. most traders fail because they try to build a bot before they even know if their strategy worked in the past which is basically just gambling with extra steps you have to start with deep research into a strategy like supply and demand zones where you buy where the banks buy and sell where they sell. once you have a solid idea you must backtest it against years of data to see if it actually has an edge. if it doesn't work in the past it definitely won't work in the future but if it shows promise then you move to the implementation phase with small size there is a hidden cost to automation that can wipe out your profits before you even place a trade if you aren't careful. i found myself overusing api credits and running up a massive bill just to fetch wallet balances and token lists. if your bot is calling the exchange every five seconds just to see how much money you have you are essentially burning cash for no reason you can use ai tools like cursor to help you write the python code even if you are a total beginner. i still use ai to explain complex functions and identify where my code is being inefficient or chewing through credits. i had to refactor my entire dashboard and timer logic to only check balances every thirty minutes instead of every few seconds to save those precious credits the man who made thirty one billion dollars in the markets had one rule he never broke throughout his entire career. jim simons was the greatest algorithmic trader to ever live and he proved that systems will always beat human intuition over a long enough timeline. his secret wasn't some complex formula that no one else could understand but a commitment to a specific way of thinking simons always said you just have to make your systems better and better because that is what everyone else is trying to do. the game never really ends because the markets are always evolving and your edge will eventually decay if you don't iterate. this is why i build in public and show every step of the process because the iteration is where the actual money is made the reason you get liquidated isn't the market or the whales or some conspiracy against your small account. the real reason is the conversation you have with yourself at two in the morning when you are down on a trade and decide to move your stop loss. humans are built for survival not for trading and our emotions like fomo and fear will always sabotage our results when you automate your trading you are essentially signing a non negotiable contract with yourself that the bot will execute without question. if the plan says to sell fifty percent in an uptrend and ninety five percent in a downtrend the bot does it every single time. it doesn't feel the panic when a red candle drops or the greed when a green one spikes it just follows the code i used to spend all day staring at screens chasing bars up and down thinking that more screen time equaled more profit. i got into trading to get my time back but i ended up becoming a slave to the charts until i finally learned to code. now i have fully automated systems trading for me instead of getting liquidated because i removed the weakest link in the system which was me you don't need to spend ten years learning how to code before you can start building your own trading bots. if you spend three to six months getting the gist of python and using ai to bridge the gap you can start building immediately. start with a simple supply and demand bot that looks for major coin trends and only enters when the odds are heavily in your favor by checking the trend of bitcoin ethereum and solana simultaneously you can ensure you aren't fighting the overall market direction. i look for at least two out of those three to be trending before my bot is even allowed to look for an entry. this simple filter alone can save you from thousands of dollars in paper cuts during choppy sideways markets if you can't fly then run and if you can't run then walk but by all means you must keep moving toward automation. the process of taking an idea out of your brain and putting it into a system is the most secretive and valuable skill in the world. don't follow the pack and try to solve the same problems as everyone else but find your own edge and code it into existence the deal you make with yourself at the start of your journey is what determines if you will actually make it or not. i made a contract with myself to learn live and show everything because i believe that transparency is the only way to truly learn this craft. stick to your plan and iterate every single day because the systems you build today are the equalizers that will change your life tomorrow

The Royal High Courts are certainly a place of grandeur and perhaps some are intimidated by the surroundings. Well that impressive 19th century Gothic architecture is a sight to behold but the Judges less so. I’ve seen too many judges in the UK and Pakistan and by God, they leave a lot to be desired. Especially when one comes across McGowan the Mediocre. What should have been a straightforward win has turned into a cheating exercise by the very judiciary meant to uphold justice in this country. Why do I say straightforward? Let’s recap. After 3-4 failed complaints to the GMC, the Jewish lobbies upped the ante. First came my loss of contract at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust where I was doing some clinics. No investigation. Just blocked from the email and can’t address patient queries. Then started the defamation in the press – articles in the Jewish News, Jewish Chronicle and Telegraph followed by loss of contract with Medinet with whom I’d worked since 2018 intermittently and had glowing reviews. The GMC now opens an investigation – given the pressure from Wes Streeting, elected in July 2024. They wanted an Interim Orders Tribunal (IOT) to decide if any sanction should be imposed whilst I was being “investigated”. I had a trip abroad for my brother’s assassination case and I had clinics. Patients who had waited 12-18 months to see a Neurologist. The GMC and MPTS didn’t care. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) is allegedly an independent body to the GMC and runs the IOT panels. They would not move the IOT by 11 working days as the GMC had refused (so much for independence!) – instead of 20th December I had suggested 13th January 2025. Recall this was over the Christmas period – people going on holidays and yet I was expected to get legal advice when I was in clinic from 8am – 6pm. I told them patients came first – I stand by that. Hurt Jewish feelings aren’t urgent and they don’t come before my patient care. I requested deferment by 11 working days, told them I would defend every single tweet and indeed, looked forward to it. This was all via email. Multiple emails. All ignored – including the one letter that contained my “defences”. They would not budge – the Jewish lobbies were demanding action and the GMC wasn’t going to risk their ire again. Wes Streeting was breathing down their necks. On 20th December 2024, I saw my Neurology patients and on 23rdDecember, I found out that I’d been suspended for 18 months. No other doctor had an 18-month suspension or got one since – in their absence. My remaining clinics in December and January all cancelled. Some patients were cancelled as they were making their way to my clinic. I requested the transcript of the IOT hearing – the GMC had been demanding conditions on my license on public interest grounds yet 3 batty women decided I should be suspended for 18 months for public interest and patient protection! Later, the barrister for the indemnity body stated he “couldn’t get purchase on” how they came to that decision. In any case, after being misled by my indemnity body – who suggested that I first ask for an early review, delayed asking for it and then the GMC refused. They were refusing to allow me to be heard after claiming I wouldn’t attend. The indemnity body then reneged on the agreed High Court action. The GMC even send me the Rule 7 letter – the final “allegations” against me on 5 February 2025 which they then updated in March. Ordinarily this takes about 9 months to send – in my case, they managed to do it within 6 weeks! Yet one of the reasons they claimed I needed to be suspended for 18 months was because of the lengthy investigation…. I had to reply by 5 May 2025 which I did via a191-page response. The GMC usually respond within 3-4 weeks. As of 21 January 2026, I have yet to hear from them. I then took matters into my own hand. Let down by cowardly lawyers except one (Yasmin), I filed a High Court application under Section 41 A(10) of the Medical Act 1983 to challenge my unlawful suspension. I requested an urgent expedited hearing as I was being left with no way to earn a living. There were 10 grounds of appeal. The High Court date was set for 10th July 2025. Meanwhile, the MPTS is obliged to give a 6-month review – 16th June 2025 afternoon was scheduled. I stated I wanted this in person and in public. I flew back from Kashmir on 9th June – it’s cheaper to live there - and found myself arrested at Holyhead under s12 of the Terrorism Act for “alleged support of proscribed groups” – apparently I was “on the wanted list. I’m released 14 hours later. They’d seized my mobile phones and laptop and wait for it, all my GMC documents that I’d carefully put together. I’m still not sure why I couldn’t get those back. I learn that the GMC is seeking information about this non-reportable arrest within 24 hours of it – they know. In any case, I go for the IOT hearing – and the GMC Counsel attempts to utilise the arrest. I object. The panel agree that it will not be considered. However, the MPTS have set an insufficient amount of time for the hearing – they would have known. There were over 1000 pages in the bundle of nonsense – the only worthwhile part of that was my beautifully written 191-page response. I was quite proud of it if I’m honest. It could be considered my second PhD thesis. As I have to return to Pakistan for hearings and the High Court case was 10thJuly, the IOT hearing was re-scheduled for 14th July 2025. So, fast forward to 10th July 2025. Under 48 hours before the hearing is due, the GMC submit their skeleton arguments – ordinarily submitted 7-14 days before – no doubt, to wrong foot me. They finally admit that the IOT panel made an “error of law” in not properly applying the Article 10 rights but argue they got to the “right decision but by the wrong route” (!) I am self-representing in Court 1 at the Royal Courts of Justice – the GMC have their in-house lawyer, their GMC Counsel and her clerk. But I have the best lawyer (currently abroad) and an excellent McKenzie friend, Sean Naughton and my well wishers who attended to support me. We start at 10 30am – and I ask the Judge to review the admission of illegality. On that basis alone, my suspension should be revoked. She declines and wants to hear the case. I then detail the IOT powers and how the grounds to sanction me had not been met – they had not proven public interest or public protection. I discussed the GMC actions, the unfairness, disproportionality, the abuse of process, the outright lies by the GMC, the draconian 18-month suspension, the persecution by the Jewish lobbies and the breach of my rights under Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the ECHR. My opening lines: “I submit that the suspension was political in nature. It was subject to bias and external pressure was clearly evident. It was unlawful and demonstrated seriously flawed reasoning. It was manifestly wrong and the panel erred in law. It was completely unnecessary. It’s been tainted by marked procedural errors, unfairness and it has demonstrated gross abuse of process by the GMC and the MPTS and the IOT panel and those abuses have continued. The suspension is draconian and disproportionate and inconsistent with other decision makings of the IOT panels. It is a complete violation of my rights under Article 8, 9 and especially Article 10 of the European Court of Human Rights. And it is demonstrated also limitation of the panel’s expertise, both in terms of law, but also, importantly, the context of the rights of the Palestinian people and it brings into serious question whether the GMC should be policing speech of doctors. It should certainly not be policing or interfering in political speech.” I went through each ground in detail giving the relevant case law. I talked openly about the nature of that persecution: “All of the complaints against me have been made by Jewish and pro-Israeli affiliated organisations and I think it’s necessary to list them – Lawyers for Israel, in collaboration with Gnasherjew, the Jewish Medical Association twice; the unnamed Jewish Zionist doctor; the Jewish News who defamed me; the reporter is Michelle Rosenberg - who is Jewish and Zionist; the Daily Telegraph defamation - George Chesterton is married to a Jewish woman; Miranda Levy and Jacob Freedland are both Jewish and Zionist. I had the Jewish Chronicle defamation - Jane Prinsley is Jewish and has a home in Israel; Campaign Against Antisemitism by Stephen Silverman, who is Jewish and has submitted three similar tweets in March 2025 to the GMC which have been included in my Rule 7 letter without due process the GMC is obliged to follow on receipt of a new complaint. And then, twice in the Jerusalem Post - Mathilda Heller and Michael Starr are both Jewish Zionists. And despite the suspension, Sabrina Miller, a Jewish Zionist journalist at the Daily Mail attacked a number of pro-Palestinian doctors, including myself. So, these previous complaints that have been dismissed by the GMC included tweets of a similar nature. The tweets have not changed, but I would contend that the priorities of the GMC had and my complaint was clearly being handled by individuals who appeared conflicted. In my witness statement, I have detailed the behaviour of XXX, XXX, XXX who refused to respond to emails on where disclosures from the GMC themselves, since I submitted this appeal, have since revealed that XX XX had made false notes on my record claiming I had prior FTP history. In addition, in July 2024, Wes Streeting became the Health Secretary. I refer Your Honour to pages 327 to 337 of the bundle. There’s a Declassified article, incidentally, that’s been written by a Jewish journalist, Matt Kennard. He has investigated Streeting’s support of Israel since his days at the National Union of Students. It documents that he visited Israel in 2022 paid for by the Labour Friends of Israel. That organisation’s former chair was Joan Ryan, infamously found to be discussing her £1 million payment from Israel with Shai Masot, the Israeli diplomat. Streeting has taken over £20,000 from Israeli lobbyist, Trevor Chinn. Trevor Chinn’s father heads the Jewish National Fund which supports illegal Israeli settlements and from Lord Mendelsohn and David Menton. The Jewish Chronicle even ran a profile of him entitled “Wes Streeting, our friend at the NUS”. So, there’s little surprise that Wes Streeting made comments in The Telegraph stating he would urge medical regulators to discipline staff expressing views which he, as a pro-Israeli and Zionist, opposed. He stated that regulators had the power to set conditions that a healthcare professional must work under. Suspend them or strike them entirely from the medical register. He made similar comments to The Times. He then met with the Board of Deputies for Community Security Trust, which is also behind my complaint, the Jewish Leadership Council and the Jewish Medical Association, reiterating “I expect employers and regulators to take action”. The idea that this political pressure by the Health Secretary in November 2024 was irrelevant to my suspension is untenable in the face of this clear intervention, which actually represents political interference and undermines the alleged independence of the GMC.” And I made clear the Jewish privilege at play “So, from what I’ve just presented, it’s very clear that the red line concerns Israel. Tweets, that’s words. Criticising an entity, carrying out the mass slaughter against innocent civilians will be punished more severely than malpractice, blatant dishonesty, criminal convictions or even genuine Jew hatred, as long as you are not a Muslim. And if you’re Jewish and you belong to a powerful lobby group like the Jewish Medical Association, then the GMC gives you a clear pass as shown in the case of Liz Lightstone and Justin Stebbing.” I made clear that even the GMC referral to the MPTS explicitly stated “that there was no evidence of [her] racially discriminating against anyone or discriminating against Jewish people.” I stated in the High Court “And I should point out that the Jewish people are not a race; Judaism is a religion” and “It is my inalienable right to be able to disagree with the narrative from Israeli lobbies and express it. Their free speech does not trump mine.” I made sure that she understood that my patients and even Grok approved of me: “In fact, Grok is positively glowing – “Dr Rehiana Ali’s tweet carry a fiery, unapologetic tone blending sharp intellect with a raw defiance against injustice echoing the spirit of Malcolm X, mirrors Malcolm’s blend of moral clarity, confrontational rhetoric and distain for oppressive systems.” “I can’t think of a better person to be compared to.” I further stated “I do not believe that legal, that legitimate political commentary or reporting facts can be antisemitic. I do not believe that any groups, be they Jewish, Muslims or Christians, are exempt from criticism where the situation warrants it. I do not believe in hate speech, as that’s the very antithesis of free speech, but also, importantly, there is no tweet of mine that demonstrates hatred for any group simply by virtue of their religious identity and, indeed, none has been identified as such.” I even quoted the Queen: “I do not accept that stating facts becomes anti-Jewish simply because the majority of those committing the crimes are Jewish. If you take that to the logical conclusion, that would mean that no Jewish person could ever be criticised for their bad behaviour. That cannot be right. I would also point out that the late Queen, according to the Israeli press, and the ex-President of Israel Rivlin, was reported to have viewed every Israeli as a terrorist or the son of a terrorist. Who would have thought that the Monarch would have been so based?” At 1pm, the Judge wants a lunch-break – I haven’t finished. We continue after lunch break – and I complete my submission dealing with the GMC’s arguments. “Before I sum up, I’ll just briefly address the skeleton arguments that the defence submitted on 8 July. And obviously I’ve already raised disgruntlement about that but I think it’s important to note, that the GMC has finally conceded, after over two months since receiving my skeleton arguments, that the IOT erred in law. On that basis alone, that suspension should be quashed today. If the GMC was capable of self- reflection, it would have withdrawn its objections to my appeal gracefully but that is probably too optimistic an outcome to expect of this bureaucratic monster which has become a law unto itself…” Then the GMC repeats their arguments and argues that the High Court have broad powers and should take original jurisdiction over the matter: “And that is an exercise that this Court can properly make, exercising its original jurisdiction” In fact, the words “original jurisdiction” were repeated about 7-8 times. The GMC Counsel repeated to the Judge “We accept that you have a free-er hand” and again “Because, as I say, this Court is free-er to exercise the original jurisdiction” and so on. Look at the tweets! She said “Mossad did 9/11” and that “Israelis shouldn’t be allowed near humanity”. She said “Israelis are involved in organ trafficking”. All true. I was amused. Ordinarily the High Court usually looks at technical and legal aspects without going into the actual details of the issue itself (e.g. on covid, they wouldn’t debate the merits of the covid vaccine – the issue was whether the conditions/suspension was legal according to rules and procedural fairness). I reply I have no issue but it wasn’t necessary – the grounds did not require that. However, if the Judge wanted to look at the tweets she should acquaint herself with the facts that I presented in my 191-page response. I request a judgement that day or the next day. I had no faith in the MPTS and GMC. That review hearing was due a few days later on 14 July 2025. Judge McGowan was fully aware of that review IOT hearing. She stated “We need to finish this during the course of today. It cannot go part heard and I understand that your review hearing is listed on Monday next.” She stated the following: “And if there is not a decision from this Court today then, presumably, the review hearing will be made aware of these proceedings, but their decision is independent of this. If they decide to not lift the suspension, then my decision either does the same or lifts or terminates the suspension. If they terminate the suspension on Monday, then my decision probably becomes quite academic, but necessary, nonetheless.” Even the GMC Counsel admitted that the Court’s decision was “of interest” I didn’t agree it was “academic” The Judge continued: “There is too much material. It is too important.” And later that her decision was “nonetheless, an important exercise.” I emphasised in my response that I wanted the High Court to rectify that injustice done to me in December 2024 and that “the overarching question is “was my original suspension, was it correct or not?” McGowan replied : “I – I do understand that and in order to reach a decision about that I have to look at what you say are the procedural mistakes. I have to look at what you say are the errors of law. I have to look at what you say is unfair about the way the hearing was conducted...” and again,“Until I have made my mind up about the procedural unfairness and all the other points you have raised, I have got to consider everything.” I again pointed out “..I would argue it’s an abuse of the system and I’m actually paying the price for their deficiencies, or rather procedural irregularities. I’m having to live with the consequences of being deprived of an income…” In other words, there have been consequences for me – financially and professionally. And I ended with “I have no faith in the IOT. I have no faith in the MPTS, and I have no faith in the GMC, and I am not the only one to feel that way. The fact that we are calling for a different body and we’re calling for the GMC to be dismantled. I’m simply asking that the injustice that was done in December is rectified…” The concluding remarks of McGowan? “Well, I am certainly not going to give judgment in this case at 3.55pm. You raised an awful lot of important issues. The importance of a decision to you, personally, is obviously great. The importance of a decision to your potential patients is high and the importance of a decision to the public is equally important. So, all of those matters have to be considered and balanced and I will get to a decision early next week. I think that is probably the best way, which will be handed down in the usual way. All right, well thank you both very much. Thank you all very much for your attendance.” At no point did McGowan state there would be no Judgement. On 14 July 2025, my suspension was revoked. I self-represented and I didn’t concede a single point or any tweet. What happened next was a shocking abuse of the judicial process. My registration was reinstated – no conditions. But that 7 months suspension remains on my record visible to every employer. The very next day GMC emails the Court to state that the High Court no longer has jurisdiction over the matter as the suspension was revoked! The IOT panel has very limited powers so whilst it revoked my suspension, it will not deem it unlawful or indeed make any comment about the previous panel’s decision – and certainly not its legality. The MPTS admitted that only the High court could rule it was unlawful. I contacted the Court pointing this out and that I was expecting a judgement as per McGowan’s position in the High Court. The High Court had a full day’s hearing and the court was independent of the tribunal and had seized jurisdiction. All my grounds including the legality of the suspension were outstanding. The revocation was to some extent irrelevant to the Court issuing the Judgement – if anything, it rather supported my contention that the suspension imposed on me in December 2024 was unlawful. I ask the GMC to provide what law they’re relying upon….they quote this section and claim it is written in the present tense! “Section 41A(10 of the Medical Act 1983, Interim Orders, states Where an order has effect under any provision of this section, the relevant court may –..” Yes – that is the best they could come up with it. Needless to say, the convention in UK legislative drafting is the simple present tense …because the law is “always speaking”. I call and even visit the Royal Courts of Justice. The Court staff chase the Clerk …I’m asked to be patient and await the Judgement. Even up to 6th August 2025 I was told that the Judgement was coming. On 11th August 2025, I am informed by email that there will be no Judgement!! I spoke to a number of barristers and solicitors – it’s almost unheard of. They're all useless though. I get no replies to my emails to the High Court. So in November 2025, I requested the Hearing transcript. On 12th December 2025 – over 5 months after the substantive hearing – I received an Order (not a Judgement). It was a bare order – simply stating “Upon the Court hearing the substantive hearing on this matter on 10 July 2025 And upon following consideration of the documents lodged by Respondent on 15 July 2025 confirming revocation of the Interim Order pursuant to Section 41A of the Medical Act 1983, the application is dismissed.” No reasons whatsoever as to why the Judge had contradicted her own position in Court. I replied to the Court and file an application for permission to appeal – not just to McGowan (the system is so barmy that you have to ask the same judge for permission to appeal) but also to the Court of Appeal – the latter for both permission to appeal and the appeal itself concerning McGowan’s bare unreasoned order. McGowan now responds (miraculously) via the Court staff wanting a 30-minute hearing for permission to appeal – that is set for Tuesday 13 January 2026. So, yet again I am at the High Court now requesting permission to appeal. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much. McGowan had shown she lacks the spine to address the issues – and has zero integrity. You don’t get a DBE in the UK for nothing. In fact, she started this hearing by asking the GMC to interpret the Section 41A of the Medical Act!!! Then she turned to me – the Claimant – and asked if “I understood what was being said”. I replied that I understood full well. English after all is my first language and I’m a Cambridge graduate. I can understand basic English. She clearly has difficulties though – I later learnt that she dropped English at Manchester University for Law. At the expense of sounding very snobbish, I just knew she wasn’t Oxbridge material…. I present my arguments – including case law. The GMC has no relevant case law – their arguments are “it is written in the present tense” (I did correct them that in actual fact, it was written in the simple present tense to be more precise) and that the decision of the High Court “is final”. Of course, I point out that finality is based on two aspects – firstly, getting a reasoned Judgement! I never got a judgement. I effectively got a blank piece of paper. On no grounds, could that be considered “a decision”. And secondly, if there were any errors of law, procedural irregularities …they were always appealable. Appeal however was not automatic – all that meant was that one had to request permission to appeal. Can you imagine a system where a Judge makes an error but you can’t appeal it?! I point out that every issue remains live. I even simplify it for them – I point out that in the case of rape, and using GMC logic, we’d never prosecute the rapist – after all, the rape was no longer in progess. That is not justice. The High Court seized jurisdiction by having a substantive hearing and had to produce a judgement. Of course, I understood that had I appealed after the revocation, the application would have been dismissed. McGowan sat there clearly not listening. This was merely an exercise to show there’d been a hearing. She tried to claim she has “no power”!! She then had the audacity to say “You’ve had a success. Why aren’t you satisfied with that?” I point out that I was suspended unlawfully – I had 20 years of an impeccable record and it states “misconduct” on my record. I have a right to get that unlawful suspension struck from my record and remedy with regards to the consequences I had suffered. The GMC – a public body – should be held accountable not just for my sake but for other doctors and I remind her of her own words “for the wider public interest”. In fact, I quote liberally from the transcript and point out her contradictions. At no point did she ever state – because it’s not possible – that the High Court lost jurisdiction. That’s the legal principle: “Once seized, always seized.”
