Great take! I love this video. I think this could certainly be playing a role and looking at the modern day problems through a Jungian lens is exactly the kind of approach we need. Anima and animus are likely contributing, but I personally grew up very much a tomboy. Very masculine leaning; but I have become more integrated over the years. I never was allured by the woke. I know there are other women that might feel similarly, so I don't know if the masculine/feminine dynamic in this way fits. What else is at play? I feel like true knowledge and education and a deep commitment to logic to ground us in reality is what modern day needs. We have a sickness of ego. Our defense systems are on high alert in our hyper-independent culture leading to cognitive dissonance. We fall prey to logical fallacies, our emotions, and overall just bad logic. In some ways we can argue that there has been more value placed on subjectivity rather than objectivity, ultimately untethering civilization from reality. The whole "Your Truth vs My Truth" delimma. I understand the goal and it had its merit, but got out of hand fast. Obviously, there is a lot more than that contributing as well and only seeing the full picture will save civilization.
