Hopefully somebody will start ticketing all those cyclists who refuse to give way to pedestrians at a zebra crossing. Time for registration plates?

Why did that pedestrian have to wait at the zebra crossing? Shouldn’t the cyclists have stopped? The person who took the video stopped, but others didn’t.
