I've had a ton of Spinal issues over the years. It takes ages for central nervous system to reattach itself, 1 day at a time. Stay positive, stay strong 💪

Sending Prayers, 3 major spine operations by the age of 46. 2 discs exploded, one of them twice with disc fragments pushing on nerve bundles. 2 years since my last op. I’ve taken a long slow recovery with rehab 1-2 hours a day. I’m nearly totally healed. Go slow be consistent
