In Maharashtra we have a BJP lead government however still the loudspeaker levels are high in mosques and it disturbs the surrounding areas. Even Saudi Arabia has stopped playing the azan and prayers on loud speakers. The local police does not take any actions on erring mosques.

Same is happening in my area, at 5 in morning we have loud disturbing bark from 2-3 mosques nearby (sprouted recently!) and no one seems bothered even when a local VHP guy lives nearby flaunting a big saffron flag on his house!!

A 22-year-old man was arrested at West Norwood Masjid in London on Saturday after allegedly assaulting and threatening to stab members of the mosque, including the imam. Members of the mosque released a statement: “This morning, after Fajr salah, an individual threatened to stab the Imam and other musallees at West Norwood Masjid. During the incident, two brothers were assaulted and taken to hospital by ambulance.” The man was arrested under the Mental Health Act according to the Met Police and it appears he is a Muslim. The incident is not being treated as terror related.

The way she hung up made the dispatcher worried that there was a violent altercation and dispatched most of the police force out due to the urgency. The police get there and it turned out the caller only called because he was outside recording videos and she didn’t like him recording so she lied and told the police he had a gun. When people make false police reports, they can be arrested for the seriousness of the situation. Should she be arrested on the spot for this?

UP Police has raided Junaid’s house and taken his father and minor brother into custody. They are threatening Junaid to return from Delhi or else they will not release his father. They also raided his sister’s house and arrested her father-in-law and brother-in-law. This is exactly why we were against Muslims joining the protest from day one. Now I will hold accountable everyone who was provoking and encouraging Muslims to take part in it.
