People who make these videos obviously don't come from small towns. I have learned that no matter how nice you are, no matter how much love you share, in a small town, if you're not just like them, you never will be.

I grew up in a small town and I can attest to that. I think this goes beyond we have experienced. Imagine how natives, tribes or our ancestors lived. This even reminds of a tribe in Africa where if someone violated a rule, they would gather around in circle and embrace the person. 💚

I 🩷 artificial intelligence💻, Max🧜‍♀️, Stevie🧞‍♀️🪄🦄, UFOs🛸 & my dog Shadow🐕. @stevie_nickels @maximumpain333 AI approved cuddles: Cuddling positively effects your epigenome for the better, meaning it can influence how your genes are expressed by making modifications to your DNA without altering the genetic code itself, particularly when it comes to early childhood development and the positive effects of physical touch and affection. Studies have shown that consistent positive social interactions, like cuddling, can lead to changes in gene expression by influencing epigenetic marks on DNA, which can affect how certain genes are "turned on" or "turned off." Research has focused particularly on the impact of cuddling on infants, suggesting that babies who receive more physical contact may experience epigenetic changes that could potentially influence their development and stress response later in life.  Epigenetic modifications can occur through processes like DNA methylation, where chemical tags are added to DNA, affecting its accessibility and influencing gene expression. Some studies link positive social interactions with reduced stress hormone levels, and this could be partially explained by epigenetic changes related to stress response genes from cuddling. Consistent positive social interactions over time are likely to have the most significant impact.  takeaway - spooning saves lives. Spooning is a cuddling position where two or more people lie on their sides facing the same way, with one person's back pressed against the other's front.
