Word. Reminds me of when rodeo was the big thing. Everyone had the checkered shirts on, and I was the only one that worked with cattle, or even outside. The hat is for the sun. The bandana is for dust and the sun. Blue jeans can take a beating, that's why you wear them. The boots keep your feet dry and snakes off your calves. The gloves are for barbed wire, or throwing bales all day. ALL day, pick them up, toss them on the wagon/trailer while cursing the farmer for making them too large and heavy. Person on the trailer stacks. You get a brief rest smashed together in the truck/back of the truck/on top of the bales. Then you pick the balls up and throw them out into the loft, where someone picks it up and stacks it (interlocking of course). Then the fucking loft collapses because the farmer spaced his joists for a roof and not a loft and half your crew almost gets crushed under the avalanche of timber and 70 pound bales. $.05 per bale for all the walking in the sun, lifting the same bale twice per, throwing/stacking. If you took your sleeves off your forearms look like you've been sliding down a mountain of thorns. Bleh.
