While I support my ICE, U.S. citizens have a constitutional right to move freely, observe, and record government officials in public places, as long as they are not interfering with law enforcement duties. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement does not have authority to arrest someone merely for following them in a vehicle. You have to stand up for the constitutional rights of the stupid Americans disagree with if you want to keep yours down the line.
