You know people in society used to beat the crap out of people who did this to women. Some random guy decides to compete in women's sports and wins everything, back in the day that person would get beat up severely which would be a lesson to everybody else not to mess with women. Men used to protect women. Society and laws have made it almost impossible to do that properly

I feel bad for the kid because it’s not their fault and this must be extremely upsetting for any teenager. The adult officials and organizers should be getting booed off and banned from the schools.
