And, if you are millennial and younger with student loan debt go have kids: 1. Trying to have kids is the only activity where you have fun while trying, guaranteed! You like sex, right? 2. You need to have kids to rid of yourself of the student loan debt easier. Your per person income is lower, they reduce the payment requirements. 3. US needs more workers in the future. You need someone to pay into Social Security to have it be paid out to you, in your old age. 4. Yes, it is hard to raise kids, but what is worth doing that isn’t hard?

Very true! Though some states offer reciprocity... may be a good middle ground. The thing as you said, is to complete school without debt, especially student loan debt.

Imagine telling people to send their kids to woke leftist controlled communist colleges bc they are 'close' instead of @NewSaintAndrews Tell your kids to find ways to make money and even get an IUL. #reformed #generationalwealth #onlineschool #theonomy #bible #jesusjudgesyou

Unless you live in New Hampshire and in-state UNH is $38k and other out of state schools are cheaper.

This is not always correct. Both of my kids went out of state with high ACT and grades and scholarships were better than in state schools. Neither will graduate any debt. And our son went to grad school for almost free for his undergrad grades and accomplishments further away.

Agree! My children joined 4H, worked on a farm, showed dairy cows and got exceptional work ethic and skills. My son spent $1,500 on getting his welding certification. A young 27 and he’s making close to 6 figures as he’s been heavily promoted due to his skills and abilities. He’s earned all he’s accomplished. My daughter hasn’t gone to college but takes courses that benefit her while working and getting her real estate license. Zero school debt. I refused to let them waste 4 good years for debt

Also research costs. Between tuition and cost of living, the great state of Tejas has put the cost of college so far out of reach that it’s almost cheaper to go to Oklahoma state as an out of state student.

Going to community college for the first two years is an even better way to save. If your kids are in high school check out Running Start. If you set it up right your kid can graduate high school with their AA. And it’s free.
