Korean air fried chicken wings. One thing missing is coating the wings in oil before air frying it. I think adding rice cakes and garlic makes this so much better. The fish sauce cilantro wings I saw a recipe online (forgot where it was from) but it's very simple and so good so I always go to it whenever making wings.

Hellmann’s and Duke’s scream “real mayo,” but flip the jar and it’s mostly cheap seed oil — soybean in the US, rapeseed in Europe — followed by water, egg, vinegar, and more blends. Even the “avocado oil” versions sneak in the industrial oils right behind the vinegar. Pure marketing bullshit. Our parents never ate this version. Pompa’s right: the only good options are the rare clean jars — or just make your own in two minutes with actual avocado or olive oil and real eggs.
