Petting a monkey is a very good way to get bit. These habituated wild monkeys also hate it when you make eye contact with them. If you dont hold your hands open they think you are holding food and also get mad. Lemurs on the other hand are way more chill.

That is why monkeys are called monkeys, otherwise it could have been given some other name. Lol 😂😆
