Okay last thing I'm gonna gush about Kaneli I swear, I'm just so happy I could engineer a solution to glasses you can poke all around, and not just the middle. It just feels so much better. idk if this is a pet peeve to others or if it even matters but I had an epiphany okay?!😂

I think I found a way to make a React Native list component with significantly better performance than FlashList, with 100% javascript. I'm still testing it but as far as I can tell there’s no pitfalls or issues… It just requires the new architecture for synchronous onLayout.

I built a full-stack Chat App to learn React Deeper. When I started, I only know the basics in React. I was hesitant at first if I would be able to do it or not, but I started building it anyways. Through building it, I have learned: - Typescript - Tailwind - Redux - Firebase - File Structuring - Optimization - More hooks The list could go on... The point is you don't need to know it all to start building something. Fundamentals are enough, you can figure out and learn the others on the way. I watched Robot on the Road and honestly I did not really know what to expect going in At the beginning it just feels like a pretty normal little road trip setup with this robot hitchhiking around Japan and it almost gives off a chill slice of life vibe But it does not stay like that for long The more it goes on the more you realize the robot is doing some really questionable stuff and the way it focuses on women without their consent makes the whole thing feel really uncomfortable By the end I was not really sure if I was supposed to find it funny or just feel weird about it Overall it feels like one of those shorts that tries to mix dark humor with awkward situations but it mostly just ends up being unsettling
