Lower receipts Really just one receipt. This was first session in a while where I just didn’t have it. Lackluster performance. You can kind of see it at the end where I’m just smirking to myself at how the session is going. Couldn’t get on the calf machine today....

🌞: when i was in Turkey i used to go skateboard with friends— actually rollerblades like you wear them as shoes and they have 4 wheels 🌞as for me i was going really - really fast. i don’t know if you call it “driving” or what—anyway i was just going fast - really fast - like extremely fast. and the road would be like you know a main road and then there are alleys - alleys- alleys—maybe a big road and then lots of small little alleys popping out right ? 🌞then one day while i was speeding back home suddenly a car came from the right - then i saw the car coming, right? so i turned to the right : wait—it’s coming from the right so why did you turn right?? 🌞i don’t know either but it was like… maybe the car was about to stop or something so i didn’t know what to do so i just ran straight into the car : you ran into it? 🌞yeah ran straight into it : then what happened next? 🌞after i hit the car right - like say this is the car and i came like this then “boom”my body kind of bounced backward like “boom” and at this point my leg went under the car like this you get it? my leg was under the car. then the car bounced over my leg but that “bounced” doesn’t mean the car saw my leg and jumped over it it means it went over it—ran over it : so what about now? 🌞my leg is totally fine 🌻**immediately pulled Joong’s pants up to check 🌞nothing!! it’s not a prosthetic or anything it just went over and that’s it - i even saw it clearly with my own eyes—the wheel went over it like thump : so it bounced because it braked hard? is that it? 🌻: did it go like whoosh? : so it actually ran over it right? 🌞completely ran over it .. i could literally see the wheel passing over my leg -“oop” : did it hurt? 🌞not at all … after that only my arm got a few small scratches : but your leg was really fine? 🌞completely fine… the driver was shocked and asked me “are you okay? should i take you to the hospital?” 🌞but in my head at that moment.. iwasn’t afraid of dying… i was afraid of getting scolded by my mom

matthew's thoughts about zb1's last concert as 9... 🦊 how was it during makcon (encore con d3)? it was fascinating really... i... on the 2nd day it felt like everything hit me at once, like "wah... this is really the last concert" so i was really sad on the 2nd day and on the last day i was sad but it was kinda... i looked at this (view on stage/overall surroundings?) for the last time and just took in the beauty of it. i was so thankful and i think i kinda just looked at it prettily “one last time”

I think I got out of my own way the first two rounds and I started thinking about it yesterday. JERRY: I remember vividly following you when you won your first event on the PGA TOUR in Bermuda. On that final hole, you were visibly nervous on your second shot. You looked like you were immune to nerves all week long. How does that come about? HERBERT: I think it was a bit of a trick in hiding it. I was definitely feeling it out there. I can only do what I can do. I was able to take care of what I needed to do today pretty well to get me over the line. I knew it wasn't going to be a day where even par, 1-under was going to get it done for me. I knew I had to go out there and get it. ⭐️: I honestly spent so much time thinking about it. At first, I kept wondering if it was the right choice. Every time I looked in the mirror, it felt unfamiliar and a little awkward. And I think there are certain shades of blonde that suit me, and others that just don’t feel like me. But I really, really thought about it a lot. On top of that, there were times when I was out and about and had to deal with some not-so-great reactions because of it, so I had a lot of worries. I kept going back and forth in my head. When I wore that outfit for the music show performance, I actually couldn’t sleep at all the night before. I had so many thoughts and worries that I was basically fighting with myself. My mood was really bad that day. But even though my body felt like it weighed a ton, I dragged myself to the music show and did it. And while I was there, I was still battling with myself, thinking, “Is this really right? Am I just too stuck in my own perspective to see it clearly? Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t get it.” But at the same time, I kept telling myself, “We already filmed the music video like this. This is something I have to commit to.” So I went on stage. I was honestly feeling really down that day. I had almost no confidence in myself. But later on, seeing that so many people understood it and liked it made me realise that maybe it wasn’t completely the wrong choice after all. That said, my favourite hairstyle on myself is still black hair. So today, I got my hair and makeup done, looked in the mirror, and thought, “I need to go live.” So here I am.
