We’re probably the only country carrying out such a reform during wartime. In times like these, quality school meals are more than just food. They’re a form of care, a type of social protection. Even under these conditions, our reform team has already upgraded thousands of school kitchens, and 6,000 school cooks have been trained to prepare meals according to the new standards. Our goal is that by 2027, every Ukrainian family will have daily access to quality, healthy nutrition.
