I haven’t had a cup of coffee in almost 2 weeks… This is what I use instead, and it wasn’t some “I’m quitting caffeine” decision. I just stopped needing it. What I realized is most people don’t actually need more stimulation in the morning they’re just missing the raw materials their body needs to create energy. Minerals. Amino acids. Proper hydration. If you’re low in minerals, your cells can’t hold onto water the right way. If you’re low in amino acids, your body struggles with recovery, neurotransmitters, and overall function, and when that’s off, you wake up tired… so you reach for coffee to compensate. That used to be me. I’m not saying coffee is bad... but if you feel like you need it just to function, there’s usually something deeper going on.

This man is being prosecuted for a tweet! (Let’s help him.) Canada is bad, the UK is bad, but Ireland is turning out to be the worst place in the world for online censorship. I first met Kirk Loco when I was in Ireland, reporting on their protests against massive immigration of military-aged men from the Third World. One day Kirk made a post on Twitter, republishing a public comment made by a woman about an incident on a public bus. According to the woman, there was a migrant man exposing himself to everyone on the bus — and she even had a photo of the man. But the Irish police claimed that the comment isn’t true — even though there is plenty of evidence that there was a serious incident on the bus. Instead of charging the migrant, they’ve charged Kirk, with publishing fake news. It’s the first time that law has ever been used, and it’s obvious they’re targeting Kirk because of his political views. Legal aid is available in Ireland, but in the Irish criminal justice system, most lawyers simply recommend a plea deal — confess your crime, pay a fine, and you’re done. It’s the easy way out. But what if your so-called crime was a thought crime? And what if pleading guilty is tantamount to renouncing your deeply-held convictions? That’s the situation Kirk is in. I flew out to Dublin to meet Kirk, and his new, principled lawyers: Laoise de Brun and Padraig Langsch. They’re not going to plead Kirk guilty — in fact, they’re already fighting hard for more disclosure from the government. Right now, Elane Garcia is searching for her daughter #AndiWagner in a creek beside Kansas Rd in Evansville, IN. She just shared the below video and photos to her followers. She is literally covered in mud, wading through dirty water beside railroad tracks to find her missing daughter. She even lost her glasses in the search. She moved states to find Andi. She works nights and spends her days searching for her baby. No mother should go through this. What I see here is an absolute warrior. While I cannot imagine the fear, grief and anger that accompanies your child going missing, I know what it’s like to fight for answers for your loved one. There is nothing stronger than the bond between a parent and their child. It takes a hell of a lot of strength to get up, day after day, and keep moving forward. Right now, Elane Garcia is searching for her daughter #AndiWagner in a creek beside Kansas Rd in Evansville, IN. She just shared the below video and photos to her followers. She is literally covered in mud, wading through dirty water beside railroad tracks to find her missing daughter. She even lost her glasses in the search. She moved states to find Andi. It is Fox News that causes a significant portion of this country to be in a total state of inverted reality—to think the bad guys are the good guys, to think that public servants who are trying to help and make our government function are literally evil Communists. When I watch something like this or when I ever tune into Fox News for the short periods I can tolerate it, I am reminded of how much unwarranted fear and heartache they caused in my life and my family’s life for so many years. You know we’re on the wrong track, and that’s why we’re fighting so hard to get Donald Trump out of our lives. He has dominated our national conversation for far too long, not in a successful or victorious way, but in a sick and perverse way— aided by none other than Fox News. Now there are other networks, but Fox is still the dominant force broadcasting into the homes of millions of Americans daily.
