i dont think i ever seen anyone this bad at shooting. even storm troopers are better shots.

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed. Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control). Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses. Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Manta was already dead.

You got severe problem of Pixel snapping. If u have proper mouse with software. 1. Set mouse refresh rate to something like 250-600 MHz 2. Set DPI high as possible (example 6400) 3. Lower Windows built in sensitivity and disable mouse acceleration 4. In game enable raw input.
