This is Michael Green, the CEO of Canada Health Infoway. Canada Health Infoway is the organization the Liberals handed $300 MILLION to build and run a software program called PrescribeIT. The program failed on every metric. Less than 5% of prescriptions went through the program. The program is now being shut down with nothing to show for it. On Tuesday, Mr. Green testified at the health committee to answer for this mess. He couldn't say where the money went. Families have shown up in emergencies to find the doors locked. Meanwhile, 13,000 internationally trained physicians currently living in Canada are not working as doctors. Helena Konanz and I are working on Parliament’s Health Committee to expose this failure. These are qualified people, many of them Canadians who studied medicine abroad, who want to serve their communities. The system shuts them out, and places like Oliver, BC pay the price. We’re pushing solutions: A national Blue Seal Standard with a national licence so doctors can work across provinces, and fast-tracked credential recognition to get health-care workers treating patients instead of being stuck in limbo. It’s time to fix the system and get these doctors working.

None of the doctors informed him of what Lindsay was thinking, no one cared about the safety of him or the kids. Secondly, when she first called him after being in the hospital for a week? She didn't talk about the kids at all, just what she went through.
