Luftwaffe G.91 on a "Highway operation" exercise sometime in the 60s - Operating from improvised airstrips, such as the one shown here, was part of the type´s design specifications. Despite winning the contest for a NATO "Light fighter", only a few nations operated the G.91.

ladies and gentlemen I think we have solved the puzzle for $BBBYQ. time to hang my hat on how I believe the $BBBY (old) Chapter 11 was executed—G. more specifically, an IRC § 368(a)(1)(G) Type G Reorganization pursuant to a Section 363 sale. everything fits. all of my unknowns addressed. all clues left behind in the Plan answered. a Type G Reorganization only meets the criteria to use the entire NOL if the NewCo issues shares as a substantial portion (or all) payment for the acquired asset. I hope you find it informative.

Even before starting its career with the German Air Force, the F-104 Starfighter appeared to already be jinxed… 1962: Four Luftwaffe F-104s crash in Balkhausen (West Germany), all 4 pilots die. Jets were part of a formation practicing a display for the type´s introduction ceremony. It´s believed the accident was due to spatial disorientation of one of the (trainee) wingmen. The jets involved in the crash had the following registrations: BB+387, BB + 365, BB + 370 and BB + 385 Footage is from a PR Video “Wartung F-104G Starfighter Luftwaffe” (I´ll also make a bet that within a few days, this exact post in the same text and video will appear in a known F-104 page on IG – and without any credit)
