Lukashenko admits that had he stepped down after losing election in 2020, Russia would have invaded them as well.

The mental gymnastics here are wild since he's trying to frame staying in power illegally as some kind of heroic act of national defense, when in reality he just traded his country's actual sovereignty to save his own skin from his own people.

But he has not prevented Putin governing Belarus that way. Ukraine proves that one can resist Russia.

He's probably right, but doesn't excuse torturing and jailing thousands of Belarusians for objecting to his election fraud

Ебанутый он, придумывает всякую дичь.

Russia definitely not the good guys...

Для чого росію вторгатися в Білорусію, вона вже там 😏

Putin's Puppet. They don't want you there!

Trully a worthy ally and good friend this Russia...

@kvistp Justifying killings of civilians

That sounds plausible. Guess he’s prepared to succumb to the will of the people and accept the result of the 2020 elections.

Invided de facto

Wonder how does it feel to sell your soul to the devil instead work towards the benefit of your people

men are not forever - russia must then integrate belarus into russia

The saviour of humanity /s

They have been working together all along

The sound right about Russia behaviour. Russia invades border countries not aligned to them

The audience look thrilled at this revelation.

Hyvä tietää

Lukashenko IS russia

Probably true.

He saved them from a Russian invasion by being a Russian puppet?
