@lukebrown_4 Question- what’s the idea behind BP from an angle? Is it to mimick an arm angle? I’m old school and fascinated by some of the new mechanics I see being taught. when I played, if I droppped my back elbow I’d be benched, now it’s taught to get lift and spin. Awesome stuff.
