Is this really true? THETY PESSENT? If that's the case, the councillors in the ANC have set the bar so low, I feel great to be running for councillor in Johannesburg. Honestly I don’t know what Hellen can bring in Joburg that another invested young leader cannot do better. It’s a shame that we keep recycling ♻️ old white neocolonialists, are we that bankrupt intellectually, with no capability & qualifications to run a Metro.
