This attitude of “experience” is how young professionals are gate-kept out of opportunities to lead and manage organisations. It’s madness. Where else are we to gain the experience? It’s nonsensical. White people don’t get asked this rubbish question. Competence is assumed. Mxm

Is this really true? THETY PESSENT? If that's the case, the councillors in the ANC have set the bar so low, I feel great to be running for councillor in Johannesburg. I hearby simplify my campaign to, a vote for me, is a vote for someone who can actually read and write. Never-ending the fact that I'm a Wits student.

Honestly I don’t know what Hellen can bring in Joburg that another invested young leader cannot do better. It’s a shame that we keep recycling ♻️ old white neocolonialists, are we that bankrupt intellectually, with no capability & qualifications to run a Metro.
