They're going to blame Democrats for not having enough Republican votes to pass their own CR.

Republicans control the House of Representatives. If the government shuts down, it will be entirely their fault. If they can’t get all their people in line that’s not the Democrat party’s fault. Every government shut down in the last 30 years happened under republican control.
