So the man in the video is the doctor. The nurse is who you hear but dont see advising the family that he (the nurse) is looking for the doctor and to which the doctor (man in the scrubs) says “thats me” and prompts the reaction

The man in scrubs said he was the primary nurse waiting on the doc to get final orders. I’m not sure what’s going on with these other guys but I think they liked his outfit.
