Texas Ibogaine Legislation update: SB2308/HB3717 passed with 141 votes in the Texas House of Representatives on second reading today. Final vote tomorrow in the House and then the legislation advances to the next step. One step closer to this historic legislation reaching Governor Abbott’s desk and passed in law.
