Yunjin talked about the deeps talks she had with Sakura recently: “A couple of days ago, I met up with Kkura unnie. I went to her and we talked about stuff. About life. About the team. About our future. About, you know, whatever. Just our anxieties and stuff. I told her that sometimes I truly do feel like things are forever, and nothing will change. And that scares me sometimes because sometimes I feel like the anxiety that I feel or the worries that I have, they’re just never going to leave me. And it’s going to be like this forever. But she said something that really calmed me down. She was like just look at the lyrics of BOOMPALA. We are the sky, and the emotions that we feel, that pass through us, are simply passing through us like the weather. Some days you’re gonna be super anxious. Some days, you’re gonna be cloud free. Your sky is gonna be sunny and even that’s not forever. When it’s good, something bad is going to come. And when something’s bad, something good is going to come, and that really did bring a lot of peace of mind. Today is autistic pride day. And there is something special about being able to post a video of me stimming, when even going back a year or two years I could never have done that. My autistic traits are the parts of myself I grew up feeling embarrassed about. I wanted to hide it all away, to blend in and be like everyone else. But no matter how hard I tried, I just wasn’t like everyone else, and trying to be broke me. I don’t think autistic pride means you have to love being autistic. I think autistic pride is about taking back the power from the world and the people that wanted me to hide my autistic self. Learning to love myself as I am, accept myself for who I am, and know that I am autistic and that is okay. It is not good, it is not bad - it just IS. I know I am lucky to be able to discover the authentic me, and feel safe to be myself. I am leaning in to the authentic version of me as fully as I can. Happy #AutisticPrideDay. Know that however you feel about this day is okay. They have people out most of the season on offense and all of a sudden Mac Jones is a guy that everybody wants in the league. Just like Sam Darnold was. DEADLINE: And I feel like anytime there’s a big queer project like this, it seems inevitable that people are going to be speculating about your sexuality. Or just accusing you of gay baiting. How does it feel having to separate your personal from the professional? STORRIE: I think there’s so much energy that is coming at us with the rise of this show, and for me, at least, I think it’s important for me to have a little bit of separation from the character in the show. All I can really say is that I love Ilya, I love the community that this is a part of and that this caters to. I think that’s so much more interesting and valuable than doing just another run-of-the-mill, straight story. Who I date, who I sleep with, who this, that, whatever, I’m gonna keep that to myself. Carlos: I think it depends on the domination of the team. I think the Mercedes years was a perfect example of them being so dominating that they could afford to fight each other a bit more. I think whenever their championship can go away to a different team, a different driver, you need to respect that and be a bit more careful. I think even if the teams don't say that, the drivers' championship is something that a team wants. 🗣️: Especially when the other driver is Max Verstappen. Carlos: It doesn't matter who the other driver is. If the other driver is called Pepe or Pepito, it doesn't matter. If that championship can go for the team and the driver, and you have two drivers fighting for it, and there's one guy that can take it, it doesn't matter if it's Carlos Sainz, Max Verstappen or Charles Leclerc.
