I will never understand the appeal of touch screen laptops.

The more demos I see, the more I don't get why I should touch the screen instead of using the trackpad.

The fact that you have to cling to the edge of the display with your fingers shows you how uncomfortable it is to hold out your arm while trying to point to a small target.
