MacFarlane: Comey's arraignment is now set in that seashells by the seashore case. If the calendar holds up, the DOJ is going to have to show some of its cards in that case—they have filed so little, they've put nothing on the record in that case, wondering if it's... show more

MacFarlane: Let me tell you about the five arrests. They're not major cases. They are citations. If the DOJ wants to make this a major case and charge these people with felonies, they have to go to a grand jury. And though grand jury deliberations are secretive. In a closed room, you might hear the laughter outside the grand jury room. If they try to bring this case to a DC grand jury, it's not going to fly. At the reflecting pool, you have a smell that's emanating now that is reminiscent of a high school locker room. You have a police force and National Guard presence that is profound. It's like a jewel heist from the muppet caper is going to happen. You have so many police hanging out there, and it seems to be a misappropriation of resources.

Tony Blair, speaking in 2020: "[Digital ID is] a natural evolution of the way that we're going to use technology... to transact daily in life." "People's disease status—for example, have they been tested? What is the result of that test, and... do they have the disease?" "Unless you're able to record some of this data... it's going to be difficult to go back to anything like a near normal." "There's always been a good case for introducing some form of digital ID, but I think that case is even more powerful today."

Trump on tariff case: If we lose that case, it's possible we're going to have to do the best we can in paying it back. I don't know how that's going to be done very easily without hurting a lot of people, but we're waiting for that case anxiously

🚨 NOW: The Tyler Robinson-Charlie Kirk assassination trial is a DEATH PENALTY CASE, which is exactly why the killer was spotted PANICKING in the courtroom while bombshell tapes played "This is a death penalty case. A lot of this evidence, they're going to have to use later on to convince jurors after a conviction to put him to death, the greatest punishment that we have in this country." "So some of this evidence about the etchings and understanding how he almost viewed this as a joke is going to go a long way with those jurors and might be part of the reason why prosecutors wanted to make sure that it was admissible at this point in the proceedings." "I think after this week, his team is probably seriously thinking about going to the prosecution and asking for that [plea deal] hat in hand. But it's up to the prosecution whether or not they want to take the death penalty off the table."

Hume: I would say that the Republicans don't have much going in this cycle, and the polls all suggest that. I don't think much is going to change on the cost of living over the next month. Republicans have to worry about that opinions have solidified and not in their favor.

Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe in new interview on self-driving: "Tesla's got a huge fleet. So our approach is we have to catch up with them and compete. And so we're going to have more cameras with better dynamic range. We're going to supplement that with LiDAR that provides better safety for edge case conditions and allows us to train the vision models faster. And the incremental cost to do that is relatively small. And in fact any of the incremental costs that would have been there on its own is offset by the fact that we brought inference in house and reduced the cost of our inference platform so dramatically from what we have in your car. Your car uses an Nvidia inference platform. I say all this because in like the infinite long-term you know, you could make the case that once the models are very very robust you could have less cameras or you may be able to get away with less radar. It's not clear yet if that's the case for covering all these corner cases."

Arteta asked if Arsenal will ‘park the bus’ against Manchester City: “We're not going to propose a game like this because we never do that. Sunday's opponent is that good, that forces you to be there. And in City's case, you're going to have to have moments that you're going to have to defend deep in your box for periods of time, and that's the reality.”

BREAKING: Republicans f*cked up. They've set a NEW precedent, by bringing in a former President to be deposed about the Epstein case. President Clinton cooperated fully, didn't take the 5th, and answered questions thoughtfully. trump is INCAPABLE of that. Now he's going to be subpoenaed.

UFO Revolution: S2E3 - 2027 and the Approaching Craft. Is it a Lie? "You're gonna be told that there is a craft on its way to Earth. That 100 f**king percent is the lie you are going to be told." ~Corbell (Well, I was not expecting this. And right now, I don't know what to think. But we all know it's been hinted at by various folks, including Lue Elizondo. So what's going on?) ~ Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell: "Your government now wants you to know one truth, and that truth is that UFOs are real. They've already done told you. Sometimes, when you want somebody to know a truth, it's so you can set them up to believe a lie, and that's coming. I have zero doubt that lie is coming." Producer: "What is the lie?" Corbell: "Specifically, you want me to say it right now, for real, real? On camera, to be put in the show?" Producer: "Yes." Corbell: "Okay. Problem with that: If we tell the lie before it's told, they can adapt. That wouldn't be wise. I'll tell you privately, but I would really think about if you want to put this in your show. For real. That's a real thing I'm telling you. So, will you think about it before putting it in your show?" Producer: "Absolutely." Corbell: "Okay. So UFOs are real, and they've been here a long time, and that's the truth. But the lie is coming. All indications, like ALL of them, is that that lie is going to be that there is a craft slowly making its way to us here on Earth. And that is the lie they're gonna want you to believe. "It's nuanced, how they explain that, the nature of that threat. But that 100 f**king percent is the lie you are going to be told. You even got a date. People been whispering a date for a long time now. I know where that lie comes from. I know, specifically, what document from the 70s initiated the idea of that lie. A classified document. That is the lie you will be told. You're gonna be told that there is a craft on its way to Earth. That's the lie. "Maybe I'm wrong. Hope I'm wrong. I sent you two texts today with a year (Messages showing 2027 are shown on a cell phone). Not from me. Nope, I'm not gonna propagate that lie. I'm not gonna be part of it, I'm not going to say it to the camera. Everybody knows. Just start paying attention. And they'll change the date - especially if they see this - things will change. Because maybe I'm trustworthy, maybe I'm worthy of your trust, maybe I've told you the truth the whole way through it and now and you can verify it. If that's the case, then I'm f**king dangerous. "You've been told the truth about UFOs for a long time now. It's been pretty orchestrated, it's been pretty clear, and it's using people that are telling the truth and wanna tell the truth. Ultimately, they want you to know something. They want you to know UFOs are real. Thank God, we're finally there, we're all there now. They want you to know the truth. But why [do] they want you to know that truth now. I hope I'm wrong, but it's terrifying. Think about it "Maybe it's good to get ahead of it, call it out now, before they do it. I'll be called crazy. That's okay."

#WATCH | Delhi: On the Adani case in the USA, Raian Karanjawala, Managing Partner of Karanjawala & Company, says, "For the Adanis, it's very significant. Because what had happened was that on November 24, the Department of Justice had filed a criminal indictment against them. Simultaneously, the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) had also filed a parallel civil proceeding against them. Now, from what we are given to understand, two things are going to happen. The civil proceedings filed by the SEC are going to be settled by way of a fine, they say, approximately $18 million. So once that is done, and once that is paid, it will have to go to the US federal court in New York, and they will also have to accept the settlement, and once that is done, this part will become final. Parallel to that was the original indictment, the criminal indictment by the DOJ. The DOJ is also likely to drop the criminal case. Once that happens, what it basically means is that as far as America is concerned, Gautam Adani has no case pending against him. He has a clean slate. He's free to do business as usual and also free to travel all across the world, which, to some extent, he had curtailed. So obviously, for the Adani group, it means a lot. It's a huge financial impetus. The chairman is able to go where he wants. The confidence in the group comes back..."
