Seems like Incineroar cant lose the weight in any case, regardless of Machoke's efforts... Is something is causing Incineroar to keep his fat? Hopefully Machoke's workouts will help him stop gaining weight! Though i cant help but wonder how long that will last

Well at least they tried. After such a vain attempt, Incineroar should just accept and enjoy his fat lifestyle, maybe even Machoke could start appreciating his belly then ;)

Jelly Roll asked me one question that I’ll never forget... “Can you help fat people too?” I told him we weren’t going to start with workouts or extremes. We were going to start by walking to the mailbox. Then the next day, one more mailbox. And the next day, another. Watching him commit, show up, and keep promises to himself has been incredible. I’m so proud of all the work he’s done. 💪🏻
