Macron said that Russia cannot be trusted because it violated the Minsk agreements. Looks like Macron is lying! 4 days before the Russian invasion (February 20, 2022), Macron told Putin that the Minsk agreements have no legal force and are worthless!

Keir Starmer wants to be the next Churchill, Macron the next Napoleon, and Zelensky says he is the "leader of the free world." Let the fellas know that fighting Russia is fun... until it isn't.

I can't believe Macron's low moral or amoral level, his lack of honor, how can he lie so easily? He is the president of France! Merkel and Holland have already confirmed that they never intended to comply with the Minsk agreements! SHAMEFUL MACRON

He actually does not say that in the clip you provide, and selectively cut out. He does point out that seperatists do not make the law in a country, which is ofcourse true.

François Hollande, le précédent président français, dit lui-même que les accords de Minsk étaient un leurre pour permettre à l'Ukraine de renforcer son armée.

This statement is a typical example of how history can be distorted by taking things out of context. Macron’s statement on February 20 wasn’t a rejection of the Minsk Agreements but a diplomatic discussion about their limits – and this was at a time when it was already clear that Russia was preparing an escalation (as evidenced by Western intelligence about troop buildups). The Russian invasion four days later wasn’t a reaction to Macron’s words but the culmination of a long-term plan that never fully respected the Minsk Agreements, neither by Russia (support for separatists, Debaltseve 2015) nor by Ukraine (refusal of full autonomy for Donbas). My view: Macron isn’t lying when he says Russia violated the agreements – that’s a fact. But if someone claims his words on February 20 caused the invasion, they’re overlooking the broader context and twisting the intent of his statements. I’d rather say: ‘Macron tried diplomacy, but it was too late – neither Russia nor Ukraine genuinely wanted to implement the agreements, and Putin had the invasion planned anyway.

It was France and Germany that violated the Minsk agreements. Macron is lying!

It should be pointed out that Russia was one of the guarantors, not one of the parties of the Minsk agreements. So Macron with this statement just embarrasses himself.

Why do they all lie?The public are becoming increasingly aware of the true narrative about the war in Ukraine. This speak is practically the same as Zelenskyys over the last three years. What is going on?

📜 Lavrov just accidentally destroyed Russia’s own legitimacy “If an agreement is signed by people whose legitimacy is uncertain, their successors may question it,” said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, referring to President Zelenskyi. Let’s pause here. Because in trying to undermine Ukraine, Lavrov just undermined the entire Russian state. If legitimacy determines the weight of international agreements, then Russia has no legal standing left. Let’s review: ◾ Putin has violated the Russian constitution by clinging to power beyond two terms, rewriting laws to suit himself. ◾ Elections in Russia are a performance — opposition jailed, media silenced, ballots rigged. ◾ The Kremlin staged illegal referenda in occupied Ukrainian territories — territories where they had no right to be, and where even the idea of “voting” under occupation is obscene. ◾ Russia has annexed land through war crimes. And yet it claims to “uphold law”? So when Lavrov questions Zelenskyi’s legitimacy — a president elected in free, democratic elections recognized by the entire world — he’s not making a legal argument. He’s projecting Russia’s own collapse of legality onto others. This is the classic tactic of dictatorships: accuse your enemy of your own sins. But in doing so, Lavrov just admitted that any future deals with Russia can be voided too — because their own system is built on fraud, violence, and constitutional rot. In other words: If agreements are only valid when leaders are legitimate — then no treaty with Russia is worth the paper it’s printed on. #Ukraine #Russia #Russians
