She was literally using her last straw of survival… her own body! Imagine being put in a situation where you feel like you have to sacrifice yourself as a woman just to survive. Just to avoid being sent back to the same hell you spent your whole life trying to escape. And all of this… because the only thing you wanted was to study. A basic human right btw!! And before she even said anything, he told her “yapma” in that tone because he understood what was happening. He saw her desperation! And I will keep saying this forever!! Serhat hated himself for bringing her to a point where she felt like she had to offer herself just to survive… Then she asked him: “Don’t you want me?” And he couldn’t answer. Not because he didn’t want her we all know that wasn’t the question and we also all know what he wanted at the moment (his dream said it all).
