Using Runway new feature allowing us to set the intensity of motion, I have made this latest video (or TV commercial of adidas ) with all animation intensity set at "3". This gives a more stable animation with less weirdness. 2. In-painting feature of Midjourney allowed me to add the adidas logo on the clothing. Here’s a better way to think about AI commercial creation: Don’t generate the final ad first. Generate the decisions that make the ad possible. GPT Image 2.5 is coming to CapCut through existing tools like Design Studio and AI Image. For an iPhone Duo concept, I used it to work through the shots, compositions and visual sequence. Then CapCut PC + Seedance 2.5 turned those decisions into a commercial. The rest is refinement. It is made entirely with AI, and although it is not perfect, it still has some inconsistencies, it is a demonstration that with the tools available it is possible to create an animated short film that is almost professional and worthy of competing in a film festival. The script is made with ChatGPT, based on Coraline. The images in Midjourney, using the --sref and --cref parameters. Animations in Runway, music and sound effects in Pixabay, voiceover in , and editing in CapCut. 👉 I won't deny that it takes hours of work and requires dedication and artistic insight, but the important thing is that now anyone can create a short film from home. I used MiniMax Design (H3) new #HailuoUnlimitedFrames (Start / End Frames) after training a LoRA on my animated character and used Black Forest Labs 's Flux to generate the images. I also used Freepik (now Magnific) for image editing & video generation (before MiniMax gave the free 7 days!) I wrote the script by myself. Then, used to generate a custom voice. Edited everything in CapCut and created a background soundtrack using Suno This blows my mind. An idea becomes a real thing. Knowledge is power. Know your AI tools -> get MIND BLOWING results! Imagine it -> Acheive it!

Would you want to watch more?? I made a fully AI-generated podcast about AI using AI hosts 🤓 I find it surprisingly entertaining! Here's how I made it: 1. Generate the audio. I used Google AI's Notebook LM, uploaded the OpenAI o1 research paper, and then pressed a button. 2. Generate the images. I used Midjourney to generate images for the two podcast hosts. Nothing fancy here: "a [female/male] podcast host, looking at the camera". 3. Generate the video. I brought the images to life using Infinity AI (now Lemon Slice 🍋). I had to cut up the audio into separate speakers. 4. Add graphics. I added B-roll and graphics in CapCut. This was human labor, aka me, but I could have used AI tools to do it instead.

I challenged myself to create a commercial type video based on my country of birth. I am proud of the final product and wish to share it with you all, specially with the fantastic AI community here in X that has given me so much support. Maybe this way you can see a little bit of my surroundings and habitat and know a little bit more about me. This video was created 100% with artificial intelligence. A process that, in a traditional production, would have taken months of work and a full professional team, costing tens of thousands of dollars. I made it alone, in two weeks, without leaving my office. By combining creativity, patience, and a series of cutting-edge tools, I generated between 500–700 images, 200–250 videos, and 20 songs. All of it was curated, edited, and finally unified into one piece.
