made a tool to visualise your discord friends – creates a graph based on your mutual friends and renders it in 3d space

the more mutual friends you have with someone, the bigger their avatar is + when you hover on someone, it shows you their username

originally this started off as a silly one-off script 2 years ago that outputted a graphviz dot file which you could then visualise using some tool like Gephi

however, few weeks ago my repo started gaining popularity and after getting a bunch of questions on how to run it, i decided to make a proper desktop app for this

i'll clean up the code a bit and distribute binaries for this tomorrow, but here's the github branch for now

this was my first time using @wailsapp and was quite impressed at how quickly i managed to get everything up and running

i am thinking of playing around with discord's new app platform so that you can use it right inside of the discord app

what dingboard gotta do with this?
