BUZZ 🐝 A short sequence created using Nano Banana Pro and Grok imagine. I wanted to test Groks capabilities for action in motion. With Buzz leading the way, Tiny Timmy is having the absolute time of his life exploring the wondrous Flower Kingdom🌼 Tools for creation: - Nano Banana Pro was used to generate the base image and the additional camera angles. I wanted to personally see if I could just use 3 images so no 2x2 grid extraction technique for this but I did want to include each frame used so you can see how the sequence was combined. Grok Imagine was used for every sequence to bring it to life using image to video. - I did some post work in Capcut by adding some subtle bloom, radial motion blur and film grain as well. - I added additional sound effects by generating them using Elevenlabs and layering them (bee buzzing, flapping wings, wind and leaves rustling etc). The kids laughter was generated using Grok. The soundtrack was sourced from Artlist. It was fun testing this and putting it together just to see what Grok is capable of generating.

I upscaled the final frame to use as the starting point for the next clip's generation, but it only helped marginally. However, I found a paper called "FreeInit: Bridging Initialization Gap in Video Diffusion Models" that I'm going to try tomorrow to fix the drifting problem. The approach: 1. FFT both images (anchor frame + last frame) 2. Low-pass filter on anchor (structure/color/layout) 3. High-pass filter on last frame (details/edges/motion) 4. Combine and IFFT back

Example of using the Grok Imagine extension: Here is a 26-second scene without cuts, without editing, perfect stylistic coherence, made in 5 minutes. I requested two 10-second extensions and one 6-second extension. There is no loss of quality throughout the sequence and perfect sound consistency.

From one frame to a whole video! I built a continuous 45-second shot out of a still image. Using a single image I created using Dreamina, I added new scenes with nano-banana. Then, using Kling's First/Last frame and Sora, I made it all work together. Topaz Astra for upscale:

I chose the theme of figure skating for the fluidity of the movements, the jumps, the pirouettes which perfectly highlight Grok Imagine's animation capabilities.
