This is awesome! I made a similar digital twin with Claude and ShipHero back around Memorial Day this year before Opus was out! Used the architecture drawings and a data warehouse I made with the rest of their operating tech stack.

How about integrating some real task inside the game. It is like it is like u need to solve some scheduling problem in your game. But the data actual data from some unknown company. So the top gameplay in the leaderboard is actual solution to some company

I would love to see this as real time data and assumptions And then be able to model changes For example 30 min to load a truck Well what has it beeen taking 5 min to replen What if we add a person Or speed up the process That’s what I’m really trying to get to by us A way to not just see what’s happening but what SHOULD or COULd be happening if that makes sense
