I would only blame myself if someone kept taking food off of my plate and eating it. It’s because I didn’t set clear boundaries at all. To be honest I couldn’t even be mad about this because it would be my fault this even happened. But you know very well I’m going to learn my lesson. She obviously is very comfortable doing this, he doesn’t seem to be firm about not letting her do it, the only one he can be mad at is himself. I think he will think twice about continuing to let her get away with it. Years ago, my brother used to do this to me and when I confronted him he laughed but he never stopped doing it, it got old really quick, I was annoyed because it felt like a bullying tactic. It got to the point one day that i had had enough, I made my plate and I dumped a bunch of salt into it knowing he was going to try to eat my food. After one bite he spit it out and he learned his lesson. He never did it again. But he still got mad I did it. Personally I think he was more mad he got caught if anything. I think a simple solution is to double order, that way if someone eats all my food I still have a back up, that could work right? But a part of me feels like that shouldn’t even be necessary. What would you do if someone kept eating off your plate? Would you put your foot down or just stay silent in hopes they don’t do it again. I think I am going to start just smoking more meat on the grill and keeping that up. I always make so much and if people wanna have some I still have plenty.

Heading into clinic and just wanted to share a few things that have been sitting with me lately. Work hard. Work harder. Nothing works unless I do. If I’m asking someone to show up for me, I have to meet that with real effort—and I promise you, that’s exactly what I’m doing. I’m also reminded constantly: I don’t know everything. Just because I’m a doctor doesn’t mean I’ve stopped learning. I learn from my patients, my team, my mentors—every single day. When things get hard (and they do), I come back to this: have integrity. Do the right thing, even when no one’s watching. When I’m unsure, I think—what would my parents say? Can I go to sleep knowing I stood by my values? That usually points me in the right direction. And finally—ask for help. Be wise enough to know when you need it, and humble enough to accept it. That one’s taken me a while to learn. Thanks for being here. Just felt like sharing. ❤️

was in an auto the other day and the driver kept watching short videos while driving not occasionally watching, this dude was locked in busy scrolling and not really paying attention to the road at one point, a truck ahead of us started reversing, he didn’t notice and i had to scream Anna nodi munde, he braked at the last second I told him, calmly, please don’t watch videos while driving, and not just with me, even when you’re alon, he agreed but 5 minutes later, he was back at it again you can see in the video, he knows i’m recording him, he tries to block it with his shoulder, but still doesn’t stop watching clips I’m not even mad at him, I could see he is clearly addicted to it, he’s not really at fault, i don’t know who is at fault and there are so many people who do this everyday, scrolling through reels while driving and it’s dangerous, even if you are careful there is always a chance someone else on the road is glued to their phone and they dont pay attention

I’m of the camp who wishes and hopes that Sebastian Telfair gets back on track for himself and for his kids who depend on him. I can recall me going through life and financial hardship and it wasn’t pretty. There was a lot of struggle I battled publicly and didn’t know how to manage my life for a period of time. I don’t know how he’s gotten to where he’s at. The fact is that he’s there and he has to do something about it. That mentality of dealing with reality and getting up daily to change my situation is what got me to where I’m at. Sometimes things are what they are…. You have to get back on your feet and get your life in order. I don’t have to say I told you so to the people who counted me out or laughed at me. All I have to do is exist and live. The results show themselves over time. It’s better to get back up, have class, laugh in the back of your mind and help others. Losers who wish hell on your life have internal issues. Anyone who’s dealt with life knows the ups and downs of it and doesn’t laugh at others hardships! @itiswhatitis_talk

🐰 You’re saying you only listen to “BAD”? I like that. Things have been going really well lately, so I’ve been feeling happy. There are so many people recognizing us, so many people congratulating us too, and I think these days have been something I’m really grateful for. I’m also the type of person who believes in finding what I can do and doing that. So I kept thinking about what it is that I can do, and I figured I should just work hard filming challenges. I reached out to people here and there to film challenges too, and even when I’m tired, I just want to help somehow, so I’ve been working hard. I wonder if it was of any help? Even if it helped just a little, then that’s enough. 🐰 And there was a time when I was like that too. I really wanted to film a challenge with a sunbaemin I admired so much, so on my day off I got my hair and makeup done, went to the broadcasting station, even bought a gift, and went there. That one thing became such an incredibly good memory for me. And at that time, that sunbaemin also said a lot of kind things to me, and seeing it develop into a good relationship made me think, “Someday, if I’m able to, I should do that too.” I still don’t know whether I can be of that much help, but if that’s something meaningful for those people, then I’ll do everything within what I’m able to do. Because I know that feeling so well. I’m so grateful for that sincerity. But how could I possibly refuse that? I just do all of them. And if I’m going to do them anyway, I also want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography… Even when we’re learning our own songs, it takes me a really long time. Still, I want to do it with care. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do an even better job, but since I’ve been doing so many of them, I’ve kind of reached my limit. It means so much when there are fans there and there’s a home-field environment. I look at the guys that are on our team right now, who have been through so much and are such quality football — really good football players — more than that, but just quality people. They’re the type of people that maybe some of the people who are talking about them knew them better, would be all for them, and support them no matter what.
