This appears to be the second major flare-up in less than a week. On Saturday, approximately 100 youths were involved in anti-social behavior and shoplifting in the same area. Local residents and business owners have expressed increasing concern over the "lawless" nature of these flash-mob style gatherings. Arrests: As of this evening, at least two teenage girls have been arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker. This follows three arrests (two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old) made during similar chaos on Saturday, March 28.
